With easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, ¾ of a mile away, and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door, this is the perfect property any time of year. 10 Southface offers five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is plenty of space to relax in with two living/family rooms. Relax in the hot tub with its stellar views and then take a steam shower to further unwind after a day full of activity. The Ski Country Penthouse condominiums are located just 150 steps from the Breck Connect Gondola and within walking distance of all of the dining and shopping opportunities on Breckenridge’s Main Street. Condos each have a wood-burning fireplace and a private outdoor hot tub on the balcony. Other amenities offered are a shared full-size washer and dryer, high speed Wi-Fi, and one outdoor parking spot. Another benefit of the location is that you are only 150 steps from the Summit County Transfer Center where you can catch any bus to go all over Summit County for free, no car necessary with these condos.

Ten Mile Suites is located just three blocks from Breckenridge’s Main Street. The Free Ride Shuttle bus, that takes you to the slopes, picks up next door. Plus, Ten Mile Suites backs up to Carter Park which has a free sledding hill in the winter and free volleyball and tennis in the summer. Accommodating up to 14 guests, Mountain Majesty Manor’s open, flowing great room is bedecked with hardwood floors, wood-beam framed vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling picture windows. A large stone hearth warms the area with a gas fireplace surrounded by plush furniture. The nearby granite, wood and stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped with a Viking double gas stove, dual ovens, two sinks and everything needed to prepare gourmet meals.
