Located just off Main Street as you enter Breckenridge, this property is within walking distance to the BreckConnect Gondola, as well as to downtown for shopping, dining and local festivities throughout the year. The open plan main level encompasses the living area, dining and kitchen. There are gas fireplaces in the living room as well as the master bedroom, and an outdoor deck off the main living area. The lower level outdoor patio area features a gas fire pit with a seating area and a hot tub. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage complete the list of amenities in this beautiful townhome.
