Boulder Vista is a 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home in the Boulder Circle subdivision, a 5-minute walk to the shuttle stop, and just a few minutes from the base area of Peak 8. Step into this beautiful 4-level chateau and you’ll enjoy contemporary, mountain living at its finest. From the kitchen and great room to the rec room, this home was designed with luxury living in mind. The expansive great room has large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Gold Flake Lodge boasts some of the best panoramic views of the Ten Mile Range in Breckenridge. A stone fireplace reaching up to the vaulted ceilings centers the family room and a floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of Breckenridge’s slopes. Glass doors off both the living and dining room open out to the back deck offering a closer look at the stunning mountain landscape. The dining room has seating for six and a breakfast bar provides additional seats for four. In the kitchen you will find warm wood cabinetry, high-end appliances and plenty of warm sunlight coming in from the windows in the adjoining dining room. This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

A laundry room and 3-bay garage complete the list of amenities.

The Ski Classic Lodge home is situated directly beside Peak 8. Just put on your skis and GO – this is the ideal skiing and snowboarding vacation location. Summertime at the Ski Classic Lodge brings Peak 8 activities like the Alpine Slide, mountain biking, hiking, and mini golf, right to your doorstep. The Ski Classic Lodge has 8 bedrooms and 8 baths in 7,200 square feet. Amenities include a private outdoor hot tub, a theater room, recreation room with billiards table, two steam showers, laundry facilities, two gas fireplaces, antique ski equipment and décor throughout the home, including an original 1967 Vail Gondola Car in the great room. There is a 3-bay heated garage and 4-wheel drive vehicles are required for the driveway during winter months.
