Alpine Majesty is a beautiful 6,500 square foot 5 bedroom 5 bath home laid out over five levels. It has a gorgeous great room with exposed log beams, a stone fireplace and beautiful hickory floors, a large kitchen with Viking and GE Monogram appliances, and a separate dining room. Additional features include multiple decks, a private outdoor hot tub, den/media room with pool table and flat screen TV, washer/dryer, and 3-car garage. The Alpine Majesty home is located 5 minutes from the Peak 8 ski area base and a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. The living area has two leather sofas and a flat screen TV set above the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and looks out to spectacular views of the peaks of Breckenridge Resort. In the open kitchen you’ll find an island with bar seating, wood cabinetry and plenty of counter space to have multiple cooks working at once. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.

Cloud Peak Vista is a five star home built into the hillside in the Peak Seven Area of Breckenridge. The home is a mere five minute drive to the Peak Seven Base Area and a 7 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge. Cloud Peak Vista offers incredible mountain views of both the Continental Divide and the Ten Mile Range. Cloud Peak Vista is a 3 level 5 Bedroom home.

Base Camp at Shockhill Landing is a custom-built 4 bedroom 4 bath duplex in the prestigious Shockhill Landing area in Breckenridge. Situated 75 yards from the mid-station gondola stop, you can choose to go either to Peak 7 or Peak 8 on the gondola. It’s also less than a 5-minute drive to Breckenridge’s Main Street. The home features a contemporary mountain design with beautiful mountain views and tons of amenities. The open floor plan living area has huge windows and gas fireplace, and is a perfect place for gathering after skiing, as is the expanded lower patio with its fire pit, hot tub, outdoor speakers and spectacular views. The deck off the upstairs dining area also has outdoor speakers as well as a gas grill. The master bedroom features a king bed, gas fireplace, and steam shower. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended during winter months.

Raven’s Bungalow is a 4 bedroom chalet located on High Street in historic Breckenridge, just minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle. You can’t beat the views of town and the Ski Mountains from the decks. Located on High Street a few blocks east of town with an easy walk to Main Street with its bustling nightlife, restaurants and shopping. In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can wall one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer Raven’s Bungalow is at the center of activities while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Bungalow is connected to the 6 bedroom Raven’s Call Chalet, which can also be rented.

Gold Flake Lodge boasts some of the best panoramic views of the Ten Mile Range in Breckenridge. A stone fireplace reaching up to the vaulted ceilings centers the family room and a floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of Breckenridge’s slopes. Glass doors off both the living and dining room open out to the back deck offering a closer look at the stunning mountain landscape. The dining room has seating for six and a breakfast bar provides additional seats for four. In the kitchen you will find warm wood cabinetry, high-end appliances and plenty of warm sunlight coming in from the windows in the adjoining dining room. The master suite is located on the main floor and features a cozy gas fireplace and walk out access to the deck. Four additional guest rooms each boast spectacular views overlooking Breckenridge Resort. The additional game room walks out to the deck and has a second living area with cozy couches and a designer billiards table for a little friendly competition. Chelsea House enjoys a great in-town location where you can easily walk to the free shuttle, ice skating rink, shops, and restaurants. This 3-level mountain home is filled with amenities, perfect for families. There’s a rec room with pool table, ping-pong table, and foosball. The great room has a gas fireplace and opens to the kitchen and dining area. A deck off the living area has a gas grill and private outdoor hot tub. A laundry room and 3-bay garage complete the list of amenities.
