143 Park Forest is a 3 bedroom 3 bath 1,954 square foot townhome, a short walk from the free shuttle bus stop. It’s also a short walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing. Step out onto the upper deck with a cocktail and grill up some steaks. Watch the big game on the 65" flat screen TV in the lower level den while you warm up by the gas fireplace. Just off the lower level den is an outdoor hot tub for you to soak in while you breathe clean mountain air and take in the tranquility and peace of nature surrounding you in the gorgeous back yard. The bunk room with 3 twin bunk beds is also on this level. Go up the stairs to the main level and you'll find a queen bedroom with TV and a full bath. You'll enjoy the main living area with large TV, cozy gas fireplace and comfy couches. This living room is open to the dining table and kitchen perfectly equipped for home cooked meals. There is also a half bath on the this level. You can also head out to the private hot tub and look at the stars or mountains all around. There's patio seating and a gas grill as well. Turn the corner and you'll find another queen bedroom. Head up to the third level and you'll find another bedroom with a full bed and full bath right next door. Across the hall is the master bedroom with king bed and TV.

Raven’s Call Chalet is a 6 bedroom chalet located on High Street in historic Breckenridge, just minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle. You can’t beat the views of town and the Ski Mountains from the decks. In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can walk one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer, Raven’s Call Chalet is at the center of actives while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Call Chalet is connected to the 4 bedroom Raven’s Bungalow, which can also be rented.
