LOCATION – Located in Cucumber Patch at Shock Hill, it is literally steps away from the Shock Hill gondola station. Guests can take a short ride to the lifts at Peak 7 & 8 or ride it down to town. For the Nordic skiers in the group, there are cross-country ski trails passing right by the property. You cannot beat this amazing location!

Convenient to all of the world-class art galleries, shopping, nightlife and dining on historic Main Street in Breckenridge, Water House on Main Street is an excellent choice for the vacationer who wants to experience local culture. Guests are just a short walk from the Peak 9 chairlifts, too. Accommodations include fully-equipped gourmet kitchens, natural-stone fireplaces, flat-screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, European-style soaking tubs and in-unit washer/dryer. Guests can go to the Upper Village Complex for a swim in the outdoor pool and hot tub or relax in the indoor hot tub or sauna with dressing and shower rooms. Tyra Riverbend Lodge is located in the Four O’Clock area, directly next to the Snowflake Lift. It offers ski-in/ski-out access to Breckenridge ski area. At the beginning of your ski day, ski to the base of the Snowflake Lift, which will deliver you to an easy green run called Twister. At the bottom of Twister is the base of Peak 8 and a myriad of chairlifts which will take you to other parts of the mountain. At the end of your day, follow the Four O'Clock Run back to the Snowflake Run and ski to your front door. In the summer, Tyra Riverbend Lodge is situated among acres of forested hiking and mountain biking trails. The best of both worlds, the Riverbend also puts you just a few short blocks from downtown Breckenridge’s shops, restaurants and après ski scene. The complex offers heated garage parking, elevators, fitness facilities, and a shared outdoor hot tub, ideal for unwinding after a day outdoors.

Cimarron condominiums offer a good value in a premium location! On-site amenities include indoor hot tubs, a dry sauna, parking garage and coin laundry facilities. Walk or shuttle to the lifts, just 2 blocks away. Only 2 blocks to gourmet dining and specialty retail shops on Main Street. The Sunset Townhomes are located on Four O'clock Road, only three blocks from downtown Breckenridge, steps to the Free Ride shuttle stop, and 200 yards from the Snowflake Lift. At the end of your ski day make your way down the Four O'clock Run from Peak 8 back to the property. Unit amenities include high speed Wi-Fi and a private washer and dryer. Guests of the Sunset Townhomes can also enjoy access to the Upper Village Pool and Hot Tub complex with a seasonal indoor and outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing sun tanning area.
