Advanced skiers are able to access the ski resort via the Burro Trail (located just one block from the home, conditions permitting). When accessing these trails you are outside of the ski resort boundary for a short time - these areas are not maintained or patrolled and should only be skied at your own risk. The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Main St. Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer. There are four bedrooms including a master king suite, a master queen suite, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom. Great Raven Chalet actually consists of two chalets, the Raven’s Call Chalet, which has 6 bedrooms, and Raven’s Bungalow, which has 4 bedrooms. Located on High Street, minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle, it’s a convenient location and you can't beat the views of town and the ski area from the decks. The skier shuttle stop is a block away, or you can drive to the gondola parking lot in about 3 minutes. There’s a detached barn recreation room with a ping-pong table, pool table, and foosball. Each chalet has its own private outdoor hot tub. Each chalet also has its own kitchen and living room/dining area, as well as laundry facilities. It’s the perfect setup for a family reunion.

Rocky Mountain Lodge is a 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home in the exclusive Northwoods area on Peak 8. It was built in 2014 on a pine tree-filled lot. You can walk to the ski slopes in 7 minutes or walk to the free Peak 8 shuttle in 5 minutes. Rocky Mountain Lodge is a spectacular vacation home with an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, and deck off the dining area with a gas grill. The lower level patio has a private outdoor hot tub and gas fire pit. A full laundry room and 2-car garage complete the amenities here.

Cawha Outlook Chalet, located near Peak 8, offers 4,447 square feet of luxurious living. This 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home boasts a gorgeous great room with high ceilings, a beautiful stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors and Douglas fir beams throughout to give it an elegant and rustic feel. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream. The open dining area is surrounded by windows that showcase the spectacular mountain views. The deck has plenty of outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy while taking in the amazing views of Baldy Mountain during the summer months. After a big day of activities, relax and unwind in your own private hot tub located on the lower level patio. In addition to the main floor living area, an additional family room is located in the lower level, complete with a minibar, wine fridge and a small living area with a flat screen TV. Cawha Outlook Chalet is located approximately 300 yards from the 4 O’clock Ski Run. The nearest Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop is approximately 5 blocks away on Ski Hill Rd. During winter months, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.

There is also a sleeper sofa located on the loft for additional sleeping space.

Raven’s Bungalow is a 4 bedroom chalet located on High Street in historic Breckenridge, just minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle. You can’t beat the views of town and the Ski Mountains from the decks. Located on High Street a few blocks east of town with an easy walk to Main Street with its bustling nightlife, restaurants and shopping. In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can wall one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer Raven’s Bungalow is at the center of activities while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Bungalow is connected to the 6 bedroom Raven’s Call Chalet, which can also be rented.
