Secluded and perfectly perched just south of the heart of Breckenridge, Evans Blue River will be just the retreat to get your fill of mountain adventures and quality time with loved ones. As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by the classic cabin exterior and wonderful wooded backdrop. Step inside and you will find soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain views, and an open layout that will allow everyone to spread out with ease. Spend crisp mornings on the spacious deck with a fresh cup of coffee or whip up a tasty breakfast in the full kitchen as the rest of the gang reminisces at the dining table. After full days of hiking and skiing nearby, everyone will love gathering in the living area to stream favorite movies. Plus, all four bedrooms are located upstairs to allow those who want to hit the hay early to be separate from the main living areas!

Nestled among magnificent towering pines and beside the Blue River sits Wild Horse River Escape. This newly constructed duplex represents thoughtful design with easy access to Breck’s iconic Main Street and legendary skiing. The main level is the heart of the home and features a bright and welcoming, open-concept layout with lots of natural light spilling in through floor to ceilings under vaulted ceilings. The adjacent dining area offers seating for 10 in a chair and bench combo. An oversized glass door gives way to the deck where you’ll find a grilling area available for year-round use. Dine al fresco in the summer months and enjoy the sounds of the Blue River rushing just below.

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. The living area has two leather sofas and a flat screen TV set above the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and looks out to spectacular views of the peaks of Breckenridge Resort. In the open kitchen you’ll find an island with bar seating, wood cabinetry and plenty of counter space to have multiple cooks working at once. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.

Rustic Timber Lodge is beautifully situated on a hillside in the exclusive Sunbeam Estates neighborhood. Golden light from the west spills over you as you watch the setting sun slip behind the Breckenridge ski mountains from the decks, patios and great room. Views and windows encompass the whole west side of this post-and-beam custom built home.

It has a gorgeous great room with exposed log beams, a stone fireplace and beautiful hickory floors, a large kitchen with Viking and GE Monogram appliances, and a separate dining room. Additional features include multiple decks, a private outdoor hot tub, den/media room with pool table and flat screen TV, washer/dryer, and 3-car garage. The Alpine Majesty home is located 5 minutes from the Peak 8 ski area base and a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.

Welcome to the beautiful Noble House, located in the bustling historic downtown Breckenridge, within walking distance to trendy shops, restaurants, and the free skier shuttle. This newly renovated 4-bedroom charmer is modern and tasteful with a stylish interior design, unique architectural accents, and a welcoming vibe. On the main level, plenty of natural light fills the open floor plan with its vaulted wood plank and exposed beam ceilings, a large stone gas fireplace, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. A chef’s kitchen has all the upgrades, custom cabinetry, and plenty of space to prepare meals, including a centre island with seating for six. The Chateau at Dyer Trail is a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom mountain view home that sleeps 10 in Summit County and is close to Breck’s Main Street Gondola ski lift. Guests will love the incredible primary bedroom, the home’s interior woodwork, a billiards room, and a large back deck with a 6-8 person hot tub.
