Elk Trail House

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. The living area has two leather sofas and a flat screen TV set above the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and looks out to spectacular views of the peaks of Breckenridge Resort. In the open kitchen you’ll find an island with bar seating, wood cabinetry and plenty of counter space to have multiple cooks working at once. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.

This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

Trafalger Home 40

Nestled in the forest and on the Blue River, this beautifully crafted vacation home is also conveniently located just a half mile from Main Street. Guests will enjoy stunning mountain views a floor plan designed to entertain and luxuriate. Whether it’s a stroll to the park, a ramble to the ski shuttle or a meander through the quaint streets toward Main Street’s shops and restaurants, Hideaway has the quintessence of location. The entire Main Level of this modern, two-story residence functions as the heart of the home with an epicurean kitchen and two individual living areas gracefully flowing from one to the other. Visitors who ski or snowboard enjoy the convenience of being just a few miles from the ski area, and for those looking to relax in nature are delighted by the floor-to-ceiling windows and forested property right on the Blue River. The home is constructed with Colorado pine and decorated with locally made furniture and artwork, giving it a true cabin ambiance. It’s not all “home on the range”; this cabin features modern amenities including a gourmet kitchen with a Jenaire gas range, flat screen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms and nicely appointed bathrooms. There is also a private hot tub and deck for soaking in the forest scenery.

This home boasts oak hardwood flooring, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, dining table for eight, cathedral ceilings and unforgettable views of Baldy Mountain.
