Boulder Vista

Boulder Vista is a 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home in the Boulder Circle subdivision, a 5-minute walk to the shuttle stop, and just a few minutes from the base area of Peak 8. Step into this beautiful 4-level chateau and you’ll enjoy contemporary, mountain living at its finest. The Gold Camp II Condominiums are an economical choice, about a half mile from the Peak 8 Ski Area Base. It’s just a short walk to where the free shuttle bus picks up and will whisk you to either to the slopes or town. The complex has a shared hot tub and sauna for your enjoyment as well.

Highwood Hideaway

Spacious and surrounded by pine trees in a quiet, private setting only minutes from the slopes, the free shuttle and Main St. Breckenridge, Highwood Hideaway provides a welcome mountain retreat. Featuring vaulted ceilings and large windows, the four-bedroom townhome is situated over three levels. The Highwood Hideaway backs up to Cucumber Gulch Preserve and the Breckenridge Nordic Center with a Nordic ski trail right out the back door! Hop on the free shuttle that is only two blocks away to get to the slopes or downtown for great restaurants, charming shops and fun nightlife.

Rocky Mountain Lodge

Rocky Mountain Lodge is a 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home in the exclusive Northwoods area on Peak 8. It was built in 2014 on a pine tree-filled lot. You can walk to the ski slopes in 7 minutes or walk to the free Peak 8 shuttle in 5 minutes. Rocky Mountain Lodge is a spectacular vacation home with an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, and deck off the dining area with a gas grill. The lower level patio has a private outdoor hot tub and gas fire pit. A full laundry room and 2-car garage complete the amenities here.

Summit at Shockhill

Surround yourself in elegance at the custom-built 7 bedroom, 7.5 bath Summit at Shock Hill home, a dream vacation home with over-the-top amenities and modern alpine design.
