Chelsea House

Chelsea House enjoys a great in-town location where you can easily walk to the free shuttle, ice skating rink, shops, and restaurants. This 3-level mountain home is filled with amenities, perfect for families. There’s a rec room with pool table, ping-pong table, and foosball. The great room has a gas fireplace and opens to the kitchen and dining area. A deck off the living area has a gas grill and private outdoor hot tub. A laundry room and 3-bay garage complete the list of amenities.

Cawha Outlook Chalet

Cawha Outlook Chalet, located near Peak 8, offers 4,447 square feet of luxurious living. This 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home boasts a gorgeous great room with high ceilings, a beautiful stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors and Douglas fir beams throughout to give it an elegant and rustic feel. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream. The open dining area is surrounded by windows that showcase the spectacular mountain views. The deck has plenty of outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy while taking in the amazing views of Baldy Mountain during the summer months. After a big day of activities, relax and unwind in your own private hot tub located on the lower level patio. In addition to the main floor living area, an additional family room is located in the lower level, complete with a minibar, wine fridge and a small living area with a flat screen TV. Cawha Outlook Chalet is located approximately 300 yards from the 4 O’clock Ski Run. The nearest Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop is approximately 5 blocks away on Ski Hill Rd. During winter months, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.

These stunning townhomes in the exclusive Shock Hill neighborhood sit just steps away from the BreckConnect Gondola mid-load station and boast stunning Tenmile Range views. Spruce Ledge thoughtfully unites classic rustic elements with contemporary architecture and open floorplans. Breckenridge’s Main Street is only one mile away and has plenty of dining, shopping and nightlife options after the lifts close for the day. If it is Nordic skiing or hiking you desire, endless trails are right outside your front door. Highland Hideaway

The Highland Hideaway is a three bedroom townhome nestled in the Highland Greens neighborhood just off Tiger Road. It is conveniently located within minutes of everything that brought you to Colorado’s Rocky Mountains and Breckenridge. Just three miles from Breckenridge’s Main Street, this townhome offers plenty of space, peace and quiet, and beautiful mountain views which can be enjoyed from all three levels. The Gold Camp II Condominiums are an economical choice, about a half mile from the Peak 8 Ski Area Base. It’s just a short walk to where the free shuttle bus picks up and will whisk you to either to the slopes or town. The complex has a shared hot tub and sauna for your enjoyment as well.

Chalet du Soleil

Chalet du Soleil is a magnificent example of a luxurious Colorado mountain ski home with a distinctive European provincial flair.
