Ski Classic Lodge

The Ski Classic Lodge home is situated directly beside Peak 8. Just put on your skis and GO – this is the ideal skiing and snowboarding vacation location. Summertime at the Ski Classic Lodge brings Peak 8 activities like the Alpine Slide, mountain biking, hiking, and mini golf, right to your doorstep. The Ski Classic Lodge has 8 bedrooms and 8 baths in 7,200 square feet. Amenities include a private outdoor hot tub, a theater room, recreation room with billiards table, two steam showers, laundry facilities, two gas fireplaces, antique ski equipment and décor throughout the home, including an original 1967 Vail Gondola Car in the great room. There is a 3-bay heated garage and 4-wheel drive vehicles are required for the driveway during winter months.

Slopeside Manor Home

Slopeside Manor on Peak 8 is the definition of mountain luxury and a destination all its own. This magnificent custom 6 bedroom / 6.5 bath home was built by our very own Pinnacle Mountain Homes, Breckenridge’s premier luxury home builder. As you enter this 7,000 square foot masterpiece, you are greeted warmly by an entry that overlooks the great room. Stepping down from the entry you access an expansive entertainment space that includes the great room, dining area and kitchen. After a full day of skiing, plan your Après festivities in the rooftop hot tub or around the outdoor fireplace on the rooftop patio, the best in Breckenridge, with an outdoor bar, kitchen and flat-screen TV. Chateau of Breckenridge is situated in one of the most sought-after locations in Breckenridge – just a few feet from the Four OClock ski run. This is true ski-in, ski-out at its best. This custom-built 11,000 square foot home features five king-bedded suites plus a bonus room with two sets of bunk beds, a theater room, and recreation room with billiards table. The master bedroom suite has a gas fireplace, private balcony and steam shower. The great room has a player piano and a gas fireplace; there’s a gourmet kitchen and separate dining room that seats 12, plus another dining area with seating for 8. Rocky Mountain Lodge

Rocky Mountain Lodge is a 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home in the exclusive Northwoods area on Peak 8. It was built in 2014 on a pine tree-filled lot. You can walk to the ski slopes in 7 minutes or walk to the free Peak 8 shuttle in 5 minutes. Rocky Mountain Lodge is a spectacular vacation home with an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, and deck off the dining area with a gas grill. The lower level patio has a private outdoor hot tub and gas fire pit. A full laundry room and 2-car garage complete the amenities here.

Base Camp II

Base Camp at Shockhill Landing is a custom-built 4 bedroom 4 bath duplex in the prestigious Shockhill Landing area in Breckenridge. Situated 75 yards from the mid-station gondola stop, you can choose to go either to Peak 7 or Peak 8 on the gondola. It’s also less than a 5-minute drive to Breckenridge’s Main Street. The home features a contemporary mountain design with beautiful mountain views and tons of amenities. The open floor plan living area has huge windows and gas fireplace, and is a perfect place for gathering after skiing, as is the expanded lower patio with its fire pit, hot tub, outdoor speakers and spectacular views. The deck off the upstairs dining area also has outdoor speakers as well as a gas grill. The master bedroom features a king bed, gas fireplace, and steam shower. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended during winter months.

Elk Trail House

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. The living area has two leather sofas and a flat screen TV set above the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and looks out to spectacular views of the peaks of Breckenridge Resort. In the open kitchen you’ll find an island with bar seating, wood cabinetry and plenty of counter space to have multiple cooks working at once. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.

Highwood Hideaway

Spacious and surrounded by pine trees in a quiet, private setting only minutes from the slopes, the free shuttle and Main St. Breckenridge, Highwood Hideaway provides a welcome mountain retreat. Featuring vaulted ceilings and large windows, the four-bedroom townhome is situated over three levels. The Highwood Hideaway backs up to Cucumber Gulch Preserve and the Breckenridge Nordic Center with a Nordic ski trail right out the back door! Hop on the free shuttle that is only two blocks away to get to the slopes or downtown for great restaurants, charming shops and fun nightlife.

Grand Vista Lodge

Perched above Breckenridge on Peak 10, Grand Vista Lodge’s 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths are spread over 5,000 square feet. With a modern mountain design offering the height of sophistication, guests will love the open floor plan living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and stunning views of Breckenridge and Baldy Mountain from floor-to-ceiling windows. The outdoor deck off the living room has a private outdoor hot tub and there are gas fireplaces in the great room, the den/game room, and the master bedroom. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.
