Highlander

Location, convenience, and stylish comfort - Highlander Townhomes have it all. It’s an easy walk across the street to catch a ride on the Snowflake chair lift and only about a 10 minute walk to get to Breckenridge’s restaurants and shops. Ski home at the end of the day from Peak 8 via the Four O'clock ski run. Highlander Townhomes are spread over three levels with a spacious open floor plan, great for entertaining. Relax by the fireplace in the living room, or out on the private deck. Townhomes have a washer/dryer and a heated one-car garage, with parking for a second vehicle in the driveway.

These spacious tri-level townhomes offer easy access to free shuttle or walking distance to shopping, restaurants and night life on Main Street or the nearby Quicksilver six-pack SuperChair at the base of Peak 9. Inside the elevated main level features a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living room, warm gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Other amenities include several wooded decks, washer/dryer, one-car garage with additional covered parking and access to the Columbine Pool Center.

Eagle Ridge Townhome

This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

Twin Elk Lodge

Twin Elk Lodge is located on the corner of Ski Hill and Park Avenue within 3 blocks of Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. These bright condos offer the comforts of home, with a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and a private balcony. Each unit has a heated one car garage. After a day on the slopes, enjoy a warm soak in the common area hot tub. Twin Elk Lodge is conveniently located adjacent to the complimentary town shuttle stop for fast access to the ski area bases, and approximately 250 yards to the BreckConnect Gondola. At the end of your ski day, take the Skyway Skiway to the underground walkway and you will be a short walk back to the Lodge.

Goldenview Chalet

This majestic home in the heart of Breck has many amazing features, and welcomes your senses with panoramic ski area views from almost every room! This vacation home is the perfect location for your family to unwind, relax, and make once in a lifetime memories. Located just .6 miles from the heart of town, Goldenview Chalet provides easy access to everything Breckenridge by either a short walk or a shuttle stop located just down the road. With 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, this home can comfortably sleep 8 people. There are 2 king bedroom suites and a twin bedroom with 2 extra long twin beds. The Tannenbaum by the River Condominiums are nestled in a wooded area along the Blue River, a year-round mountain stream.
