10 Southface

10 Southface is a private home with fantastic, panoramic, Ten Mile Range and ski area views. It is the perfect blend of a classic Colorado log home complimented by a chic and sleek updated kitchen and bathrooms. This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, backs to 7+ acres of open space and offers great summer hiking and winter snowshoe trails. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood atop Baldy Mountain, you will find the perfect spot to relax and unwind with endless activities right outside your door. With easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, ¾ of a mile away, and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door, this is the perfect property any time of year. 10 Southface offers five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is plenty of space to relax in with two living/family rooms. Relax in the hot tub with its stellar views and then take a steam shower to further unwind after a day full of activity. This home has a wonderful peaceful Zen feeling; come home, sit on your deck, and enjoy the best that Breckenridge has to offer. Amenities include a private outdoor hot tub on the master bedroom deck, a stackable washer/dryer, wood-burning fireplace in the living room, gas fireplace in the family room, private garage, and high-speed internet. The home sleeps up to 12 people, with one king bed, three queen beds and two sets of bunk beds. The shuttle to downtown Breckenridge stops about a 3 minute walk away.

Chateau of Breckenridge

After a full day of skiing, plan your Après festivities in the rooftop hot tub or around the outdoor fireplace on the rooftop patio, the best in Breckenridge, with an outdoor bar, kitchen and flat-screen TV. Chateau of Breckenridge is situated in one of the most sought-after locations in Breckenridge – just a few feet from the Four OClock ski run. This is true ski-in, ski-out at its best. This custom-built 11,000 square foot home features five king-bedded suites plus a bonus room with two sets of bunk beds, a theater room, and recreation room with billiards table. The master bedroom suite has a gas fireplace, private balcony and steam shower. The great room has a player piano and a gas fireplace; there’s a gourmet kitchen and separate dining room that seats 12, plus another dining area with seating for 8. There’s a 2-bay heated garage and 4-wheel drive vehicles are strongly recommended.

Christiana

Located on the South side of Breckenridge just a five to seven minute walk to the Peak 9 Base Area, the Quicksilver Super Chair, Historic Main Street and one block to the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop, sits the Christiana Townhomes. Units feature full kitchens, gas fireplaces and private decks with BBQs. The complex features on site laundry facilities. Guests to the Christiana Townhomes have seasonal access to the Columbine Recreation Center with a seasonal outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor over-sized hot tubs, shower rooms and a summer patio with outdoor furniture.

Snowflake Vista

Snowflake Vista is a cozy ski-in/ski-out condo with epic views of Baldy Mountain—and it’s just 3 blocks from downtown Breckenridge! Guests can ski-in via the Four O’clock Trail and ski-out via the Snowflake Chair—just 200 yards away—or take the BreckConnect Gondola/Skyway Run. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is also a short distance from the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center, which has been providing life-changing outdoor learning experiences for individuals of all abilities, with a focus on those with special needs. Tyra Summit sits between the mountain and chairlift, making it perfect for a day of cruising the trails. After a day on the slopes, relax those muscles in one of the indoor and outdoor hot tubs at the complex clubhouse. Gather with loved ones around the wood burning fireplace or the 52” smart TV in the evenings.

Tyra II

Tyra II is located just across the street from the Snowflake Chairlift, and just blocks away from downtown Breckenridge. On the free Shuttle route with a common area with indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and a meeting room for family reunions or corporate retreats. Over 100 beautifully maintained units, from studios to four bedroom condominiums, with a wide variety of floor plans. Approximately 3 blocks from Main Street.

Powderhorn

The Powderhorn condominiums are located within walking distance of the Quicksilver Lift at the base of Peak 9. Although they are only 1 1/2 blocks from Main Street, these units are in a forested, streamside location which provides for a quiet location. Guests have access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and hot tub area across the street. There is both underground and above ground parking available, as well as an elevator in each of the three buildings.

Harris House 209

If it's a cozy and convenient home base in Breckenridge that you're searching for, Harris House offers it up in style. This home is located in the heart of the historic district, so you can truly walk to everything in downtown Breckenridge. Groceries, restaurants, and shops are two blocks away on Main Street (just a two-minute stroll). You'll be a two-minute walk from the Free Ride shuttle stop, a half-mile stroll from the base of the Quicksilver Chair Lift (Peak 9), one block from the Speak Easy Cinema and the local library, and two blocks from live theater. Parking Notes: The property can only comfortably support parking for three vehicles. Plowing takes place from around 8 AM to 9 AM, and you will need to move vehicles to allow this to happen. If you have additional vehicles, you may park them at the ice rink, about three blocks from the house near the corner of French Street and Boreas Pass Road. You can park there for $5 per day; there is a kiosk at the lot.

Tyra Summit Townhomes

The Tyra Summit Townhomes are slopeside to the Four O’Clock ski run. These ski-in/ski-out Breckenridge accommodations lie within walking distance of the Snowflake lift as well. The Tyra Summit Townhomes offer the feel of a private home, with spacious floorplans, private entrances and private garages. Large back decks and floor-to-ceiling windows afford sweeping views of Baldy Mountain and a scenic wooded area. Snodallion Condos

The Snodallion Condos enjoy a convenient location yet are tucked away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet, wooded area. They are less than a 5-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift and Breckenridge’s downtown Main Street area. The property has underground parking and shares the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs at the Columbine complex, which includes a pool house with showers and locker rooms.
