Advanced skiers are able to access the ski resort via the Burro Trail (located just one block from the home, conditions permitting). When accessing these trails you are outside of the ski resort boundary for a short time - these areas are not maintained or patrolled and should only be skied at your own risk. The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Main St. Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer. You can’t beat the views of town and the Ski Mountains from the decks. Located on High Street a few blocks east of town with an easy walk to Main Street with its bustling nightlife, restaurants and shopping. In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can wall one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer Raven’s Bungalow is at the center of activities while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Bungalow is connected to the 6 bedroom Raven’s Call Chalet, which can also be rented.

The newly-built 4-bedroom Blue Valley Chalet blends modern luxury with cozy comfort. The home is secluded in the private Blue River neighborhood surrounded by nature and close to hiking trails, yet a short jaunt to the historic town of Breckenridge. Enter into the open-concept main level to experience the natural sunlight and its features including striking wood and metal beams, sleek fixtures and beautiful furnishings. The dining area with a table for eight guests flows into the living area where you can gather around the gas fireplace and big screen TV. Steps away is the spacious, well-appointed kitchen with gourmet appliances and a large island with 4 barstools that is sure to be a central gathering space for cooking and conversation.

Located in Breckenridge, Northwoods home has self-catering accommodations with a balcony and free WIFI. Featuring free private parking, the vacation home is in an area where guests can engage in activities such as skiing and cycling. The vacation home comes with 5 bedrooms, a TV with satellite channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven and a microwave. Towels and bed linen are available in the vacation home. Frisco Historic Park is 11 miles from the vacation home, while Mount Evans is 30 miles from the property. The nearest airport is Eagle County Regional Airport, 70 miles from Northwoods home.

Alpine Majesty is a beautiful 6,500 square foot 5 bedroom 5 bath home laid out over five levels. It has a gorgeous great room with exposed log beams, a stone fireplace and beautiful hickory floors, a large kitchen with Viking and GE Monogram appliances, and a separate dining room. Additional features include multiple decks, a private outdoor hot tub, den/media room with pool table and flat screen TV, washer/dryer, and 3-car garage. The Alpine Majesty home is located 5 minutes from the Peak 8 ski area base and a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.
