The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream. The open dining area is surrounded by windows that showcase the spectacular mountain views. The deck has plenty of outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy while taking in the amazing views of Baldy Mountain during the summer months. After a big day of activities, relax and unwind in your own private hot tub located on the lower level patio. Cloud Peak Vista is a five star home built into the hillside in the Peak Seven Area of Breckenridge. The home is a mere five minute drive to the Peak Seven Base Area and a 7 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge. Cloud Peak Vista offers incredible mountain views of both the Continental Divide and the Ten Mile Range. Cloud Peak Vista is a 3 level 5 Bedroom home.

This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

The Gold Camp II Condominiums are an economical choice, about a half mile from the Peak 8 Ski Area Base. It’s just a short walk to where the free shuttle bus picks up and will whisk you to either to the slopes or town. The complex has a shared hot tub and sauna for your enjoyment as well.

Boulder Vista is a 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home in the Boulder Circle subdivision, a 5-minute walk to the shuttle stop, and just a few minutes from the base area of Peak 8. Step into this beautiful 4-level chateau and you’ll enjoy contemporary, mountain living at its finest. You can walk to the ski slopes in 7 minutes or walk to the free Peak 8 shuttle in 5 minutes. Rocky Mountain Lodge is a spectacular vacation home with an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, and deck off the dining area with a gas grill. The lower level patio has a private outdoor hot tub and gas fire pit. A full laundry room and 2-car garage complete the amenities here.
