This 4,485 square foot, 6 bedroom 4.5 bath home sits on 2 private acres, about a 12 minute drive from Breckenridge. The home features an open floor plan, beautiful hardwood floors, a stone gas fireplace in the living area, and a large secluded deck with private outdoor hot tub and wonderful mountain views. A washer/dryer and 2-bay garage are available for your convenience. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required during winter months.

Great Raven Chalet actually consists of two chalets, the Raven’s Call Chalet, which has 6 bedrooms, and Raven’s Bungalow, which has 4 bedrooms. Located on High Street, minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle, it’s a convenient location and you can't beat the views of town and the ski area from the decks. The skier shuttle stop is a block away, or you can drive to the gondola parking lot in about 3 minutes. There’s a detached barn recreation room with a ping-pong table, pool table, and foosball. Each chalet has its own private outdoor hot tub. Each chalet also has its own kitchen and living room/dining area, as well as laundry facilities. It’s the perfect setup for a family reunion.

Quaint and charming, Ridge Street Lookout is the perfect mix of a classic Breckenridge Victorian and modern sophistication. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.

This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Please note that the shuttle is not able to go up the driveway and will safely pick up guests at the street level.
