This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Please note that the shuttle is not able to go up the driveway and will safely pick up guests at the street level. 1107 American Way is your quintessential mountain home with stunning views and a private hot tub. This is the place to get away from it all and escape to the mountains! The first level has a living area complete with a cozy couches, card table, Foosball table and wet bar for your enjoyment. There is a full bath on this level. The bunk room with 3 twin bunk beds is also on this level. Go up the stairs to the main level and you'll find a queen bedroom with TV and a full bath. You'll enjoy the main living area with large TV, cozy gas fireplace and comfy couches. This living room is open to the dining table and kitchen perfectly equipped for home cooked meals. There is also a half bath on the this level. You can also head out to the private hot tub and look at the stars or mountains all around. There's patio seating and a gas grill as well. Turn the corner and you'll find another queen bedroom. Head up to the third level and you'll find another bedroom with a full bed and full bath right next door. Across the hall is the master bedroom with king bed and TV.

Seek seclusion at Shekel Haus, a five-bedroom private residence located in North Breckenridge a few minutes’ drive--or shuttle ride--from downtown Breckenridge, the ski resort and Gold Run Nordic Center. Shekel Haus guests enjoy views of the Ten Mile Range, three living areas, a hot tub and a beautiful game room. Shekel Haus sleeps up to 11 guests and offers plenty of space to gather and relax. Upon arriving, guests are greeted with a lovely entryway that flows into the uniquely furnished great room. The spacious kitchen is equipped with granite island and stainless steel appliances. The dining room seats seven, and the nearby bar accommodates three more guests at bar stools. Upstairs, the game room has a flat-screen TV, Wii gaming system and full-size pool table. The lowest level has a second living room with a kitchenette and access to the back patio’s outdoor hot tub. Shekel Haus’ master suite is located on the upper level and has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, private deck with mountain views and an ensuite bath. The master bath’s walk-in shower features dual shower heads. The full bedroom has a full-size bed and flat-screen TV with access to a shared bath with the twin room featuring two twin beds. The bunk room is furnished with a captain’s bunk and offers a shared bath. Amenities at Shekel Haus include a full-size washer and dryer, large two-car garage, Internet and more. An all-wheel or four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended, as Shekel Haus is a mile from the nearest shuttle stop.

Situated 75 yards from the mid-station gondola stop, you can choose to go either to Peak 7 or Peak 8 on the gondola. It’s also less than a 5-minute drive to Breckenridge’s Main Street. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended during winter months.

The warm and welcoming great room sits at the heart of the home and enjoys wooded and mountain views through the expansive windows, under a vaulted ceiling with a gas-burning fireplace and beautiful rock hearth. The chefs of the group will be delighted with the well-appointed kitchen offering a six-burner gas cooktop, double ovens, granite countertops, and island seating. An adjacent breakfast nook with large windows and mountain views is a perfect place to sip your coffee while planning the day’s exciting adventures. The huge deck, perfectly suited for entertaining and relaxing sits outside the kitchen and great room and features a grilling area, lots of comfortable seating, and a private outdoor hot tub. When accessing these trails you are outside of the ski resort boundary for a short time - these areas are not maintained or patrolled and should only be skied at your own risk. The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Main St. Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer.
