Located just .6 miles from the heart of town, Goldenview Chalet provides easy access to everything Breckenridge by either a short walk or a shuttle stop located just down the road. With 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, this home can comfortably sleep 8 people. There are 2 king bedroom suites and a twin bedroom with 2 extra long twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa located on the loft for additional sleeping space.

Royal Tiger Retreat is a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house that sleeps 6 in the Weisshorn community of Breckenridge—adjacent to the historic district. This property provides quick ski access with the BreckConnect Gondola and Peak 8 nearby. Guests will love the beautiful accommodations, cozy fireplace in the living area, and the private backyard with a firepit and grill.

Alpine Majesty is a beautiful 6,500 square foot 5 bedroom 5 bath home laid out over five levels. It has a gorgeous great room with exposed log beams, a stone fireplace and beautiful hickory floors, a large kitchen with Viking and GE Monogram appliances, and a separate dining room. Additional features include multiple decks, a private outdoor hot tub, den/media room with pool table and flat screen TV, washer/dryer, and 3-car garage. The Alpine Majesty home is located 5 minutes from the Peak 8 ski area base and a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.

Twin Elk Lodge is located on the corner of Ski Hill and Park Avenue within 3 blocks of Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. These bright condos offer the comforts of home, with a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and a private balcony. Each unit has a heated one car garage. After a day on the slopes, enjoy a warm soak in the common area hot tub. Twin Elk Lodge is conveniently located adjacent to the complimentary town shuttle stop for fast access to the ski area bases, and approximately 250 yards to the BreckConnect Gondola. At the end of your ski day, take the Skyway Skiway to the underground walkway and you will be a short walk back to the Lodge.

Evergreen Lodge is a classic style mountain home offering lots of natural sunlight and Peak 8 ski area views framed by huge windows. The home has an open floor plan and a main floor master bedroom. The large deck off the living area has a great hot tub to relax in, looking out at the trees. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. It’s an easy 7 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge.

Ideally located within a few blocks of downtown Breckenridge and the Peak 9 lifts, the Village Point Townhomes are an ideal home base for your Breckenridge vacation. You can walk to the shops and restaurants of downtown Breckenridge in less than 10 minutes, or hop on the complimentary town shuttle which stops close by. These spacious townhomes feature vaulted ceilings, private decks and one-car garages.

Situated in the historic district of downtown Breckenridge, Harris House is a nostalgic mining cabin renovated into a thoughtful and elegant custom log home. Seek seclusion at Shekel Haus, a five-bedroom private residence located in North Breckenridge a few minutes’ drive--or shuttle ride--from downtown Breckenridge, the ski resort and Gold Run Nordic Center. Shekel Haus guests enjoy views of the Ten Mile Range, three living areas, a hot tub and a beautiful game room. Shekel Haus sleeps up to 11 guests and offers plenty of space to gather and relax. Upon arriving, guests are greeted with a lovely entryway that flows into the uniquely furnished great room. The spacious kitchen is equipped with granite island and stainless steel appliances. The dining room seats seven, and the nearby bar accommodates three more guests at bar stools. Upstairs, the game room has a flat-screen TV, Wii gaming system and full-size pool table. The lowest level has a second living room with a kitchenette and access to the back patio’s outdoor hot tub. Shekel Haus’ master suite is located on the upper level and has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, private deck with mountain views and an ensuite bath. The master bath’s walk-in shower features dual shower heads. The full bedroom has a full-size bed and flat-screen TV with access to a shared bath with the twin room featuring two twin beds. The bunk room is furnished with a captain’s bunk and offers a shared bath. Amenities at Shekel Haus include a full-size washer and dryer, large two-car garage, Internet and more. An all-wheel or four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended, as Shekel Haus is a mile from the nearest shuttle stop.

Gold Flake Lodge boasts some of the best panoramic views of the Ten Mile Range in Breckenridge. A stone fireplace reaching up to the vaulted ceilings centers the family room and a floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of Breckenridge’s slopes. Glass doors off both the living and dining room open out to the back deck offering a closer look at the stunning mountain landscape. The dining room has seating for six and a breakfast bar provides additional seats for four. In the kitchen you will find warm wood cabinetry, high-end appliances and plenty of warm sunlight coming in from the windows in the adjoining dining room. The master suite is located on the main floor and features a cozy gas fireplace and walk out access to the deck. Four additional guest rooms each boast spectacular views overlooking Breckenridge Resort.
