Clifton Lodge is located right on the 4 O Clock ski run, perfectly situated for the ultimate ski-in access, and the Snowflake Lift is just across the street. The home’s south-facing deck is 75 feet long and has a custom-built gas log fire pit, gas grill, and private hot tub facing the ski run, the ideal place to relax after a great day outdoors.

Leading the way to Peak 8 on Ski Hill Road, the Tall Pines Townhomes sit just off the Four O'Clock ski run with ski access to the Snowflake Chairlift. This multi-level townhome has 3 bedrooms plus a den and 3.5 baths. The living room is centered around a large gas fireplace and has a full entertainment center where you can watch your favorite DVD on the flat screen 42" TV. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, a butcher block bar with seating for four people and all the necessary appliances. Enjoy your home-cooked meal at the rustic wood dining table for six. Upstairs from the main level is the master bedroom with a king bed and private bath. The downstairs den is the perfect late night nook. With an entertainment center featuring a 32" flat screen TV and a plush couch, enjoy your late night DVD without waking the others. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath, and the third has a queen bed with trundle and a private bath. From the basement level you can walk outside and be just steps from the ski run. Other amenities include a private hot tub, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and a one car garage.

Prepare to be inspired by the beautiful views of the Ten Mile Range from The Black Bear Lodge. This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath house features high ceilings and large windows, bringing in natural light along with the lovely natural scenery. Take it all in from your private hot tub, and enjoy a barbeque on your wrap-around deck. The home has 3 levels, with the main level featuring a gorgeous kitchen with all the essentials for preparing a feast. The living room with gas fireplace and deck are on this floor as well. The top level houses the private master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath.

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.

Cypress Mountain Chalet, located in the prestigious Highlands of Breckenridge neighborhood, is an elegant Colorado-style chalet, 10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge. Its 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths have a decidedly European feel. The great room features floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, and access to the expansive deck. The lower level patio, off the den, contains the private outdoor hot tub. Garage parking for one car is available; there is a ping-pong table for après-ski family competitions, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Winter or summer Raven’s Bungalow is at the center of activities while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation.
