Step 1: Select Your Breckenridge Lodging

This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

Base Camp at Shockhill Landing is a custom-built 4 bedroom 4 bath duplex in the prestigious Shockhill Landing area in Breckenridge. Situated 75 yards from the mid-station gondola stop, you can choose to go either to Peak 7 or Peak 8 on the gondola. It’s also less than a 5-minute drive to Breckenridge’s Main Street. The home features a contemporary mountain design with beautiful mountain views and tons of amenities. The open floor plan living area has huge windows and gas fireplace, and is a perfect place for gathering after skiing, as is the expanded lower patio with its fire pit, hot tub, outdoor speakers and spectacular views. The deck off the upstairs dining area also has outdoor speakers as well as a gas grill. The master bedroom features a king bed, gas fireplace, and steam shower. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended during winter months.

Perched above Breckenridge on Peak 10, Grand Vista Lodge’s 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths are spread over 5,000 square feet. The outdoor deck off the living room has a private outdoor hot tub and there are gas fireplaces in the great room, the den/game room, and the master bedroom. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.

A washer/dryer and 2-bay garage are available for your convenience. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required during winter months.
