10 Southface is a private home with fantastic, panoramic, Ten Mile Range and ski area views. It is the perfect blend of a classic Colorado log home complimented by a chic and sleek updated kitchen and bathrooms. This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, backs to 7+ acres of open space and offers great summer hiking and winter snowshoe trails. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood atop Baldy Mountain, you will find the perfect spot to relax and unwind with endless activities right outside your door. With easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, ¾ of a mile away, and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door, this is the perfect property any time of year. 10 Southface offers five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is plenty of space to relax in with two living/family rooms. Relax in the hot tub with its stellar views and then take a steam shower to further unwind after a day full of activity. This home has a wonderful peaceful Zen feeling; come home, sit on your deck, and enjoy the best that Breckenridge has to offer. Summertime at the Ski Classic Lodge brings Peak 8 activities like the Alpine Slide, mountain biking, hiking, and mini golf, right to your doorstep. The Ski Classic Lodge has 8 bedrooms and 8 baths in 7,200 square feet. Amenities include a private outdoor hot tub, a theater room, recreation room with billiards table, two steam showers, laundry facilities, two gas fireplaces, antique ski equipment and décor throughout the home, including an original 1967 Vail Gondola Car in the great room. There is a 3-bay heated garage and 4-wheel drive vehicles are required for the driveway during winter months.

Just a short drive from Breckenridge's Main Street and the ski lifts, the Snowshoe Lodge, a 4 bedroom, rustic log home, offers the perfect mountain getaway. The property's wide-open pasture offers a serene setting as well as possible wildlife viewing area. The spacious living room features a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and tile floors, and a breakfast bar with seating for six. If you have a large group or family, not to worry, the dining area can seat up to eight. Upstairs is a loft right off the master bedroom that can be used as an additional room for relaxation and reading or a kid's play room. The spacious master bedroom is right off the loft and has a king-sized bed and plenty of windows. The lower level of Snowshoe Lodge has a large bunk room with two Captain's bunks (extended twin over queen), its own bath and a flat-screen TV, making it a perfect room for the kids. Take advantage of the many amenities this home has, especially the private hot tub on the large private wraparound deck. Other amenities include a gas grill, complimentary Wi Fi and a two-car garage. Please note that a four-wheel-drive vehicle is required to access this property during the winter months.

Highlands Trail House is a spacious 5 bedroom 4 bath home surrounded by a beautiful wooded landscape in a quiet setting. There is plenty of living space with two dining and living areas. For more entertainment space, head to the lower level family room to spend a cozy night watching TV on the flat-screen TV by a warm fire. Everyone in the group will relish a dip in the hot tub after a busy day on the mountain. Located in the Highlands neighborhood of Breckenridge, this is the perfect place to get away from it all while still being close to all that Breckenridge and Summit County have to offer. This property is approximately three miles from Main St. and the Gondola. The trail system is right out the back door for access to endless snowshoeing, cross country skiing, or hiking.

Raven’s Call Chalet is a 6 bedroom chalet located on High Street in historic Breckenridge, just minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle. You can’t beat the views of town and the Ski Mountains from the decks. In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can walk one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer, Raven’s Call Chalet is at the center of actives while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Call Chalet is connected to the 4 bedroom Raven’s Bungalow, which can also be rented.

Breckenberg Haus is a lovely 4 bedroom 4.5 bath mountain home in the Whispering Pines neighborhood of Blue River, a 10-minute drive to downtown Breckenridge and world-class skiing. The Summit Stage shuttle stops two blocks away. The home affords amazing views of the 14,265 foot Mount Quandary from the great room and deck.
