The home sits on a wooded lot, about a mile from Breckenridge’s Peak 8 base area and a mile from Main Street. You can walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, and walk to a shuttle stop for the short trip to Peak 8. There is also a 2-bay garage in case you have a rental car (4-wheel drive is recommended). Outdoors there is a deck with private outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and fire table. Indoors, the great room opens to the dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a private deck, and laundry facilities are included.

Leading the way to Peak 8 on Ski Hill Road, the Tall Pines Townhomes sit just off the Four O'Clock ski run with ski access to the Snowflake Chairlift. This multi-level townhome has 3 bedrooms plus a den and 3.5 baths. The living room is centered around a large gas fireplace and has a full entertainment center where you can watch your favorite DVD on the flat screen 42" TV. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, a butcher block bar with seating for four people and all the necessary appliances. Enjoy your home-cooked meal at the rustic wood dining table for six. Upstairs from the main level is the master bedroom with a king bed and private bath. The downstairs den is the perfect late night nook. With an entertainment center featuring a 32" flat screen TV and a plush couch, enjoy your late night DVD without waking the others. The large deck off the living area has a great hot tub to relax in, looking out at the trees. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. It’s an easy 7 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge.

Raven’s Bungalow is a 4 bedroom chalet located on High Street in historic Breckenridge, just minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle. You can’t beat the views of town and the Ski Mountains from the decks. Located on High Street a few blocks east of town with an easy walk to Main Street with its bustling nightlife, restaurants and shopping. In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can wall one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer Raven’s Bungalow is at the center of activities while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Bungalow is connected to the 6 bedroom Raven’s Call Chalet, which can also be rented.
