Placer Ridge Townhomes are located in the center of Breckenridge only ½ block from Main Street. Excellent dining options are close for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Tyra Riverbend Lodge is located in the Four O’Clock area, directly next to the Snowflake Lift. It offers ski-in/ski-out access to Breckenridge ski area. At the beginning of your ski day, ski to the base of the Snowflake Lift, which will deliver you to an easy green run called Twister. At the bottom of Twister is the base of Peak 8 and a myriad of chairlifts which will take you to other parts of the mountain. At the end of your day, follow the Four O'Clock Run back to the Snowflake Run and ski to your front door. In the summer, Tyra Riverbend Lodge is situated among acres of forested hiking and mountain biking trails. The best of both worlds, the Riverbend also puts you just a few short blocks from downtown Breckenridge’s shops, restaurants and après ski scene. The complex offers heated garage parking, elevators, fitness facilities, and a shared outdoor hot tub, ideal for unwinding after a day outdoors.

The complimentary town shuttle stops less than a block away.

Chimney Ridge, located near the base of Peak 9, features townhomes with great views and garage parking. In the Snowflake Lift neighborhood Chimney Ridge gives you great access to Main Street via the free town shuttle. Your condo will have a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer-dryer, wireless internet and some will even offer a private hot tub. Guests also have access to the Upper Village seasonal pool and year-round hot tubs, located just a few blocks away.

The Riverbend Lodge in Breckenridge is just steps away from the base of the Snowflake lift. Underground parking and elevator access add to the ease of this superbly located ski-in/ski-out complex.
