Tyra I

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is also a short distance from the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center, which has been providing life-changing outdoor learning experiences for individuals of all abilities, with a focus on those with special needs. Tyra Summit sits between the mountain and chairlift, making it perfect for a day of cruising the trails. After a day on the slopes, relax those muscles in one of the indoor and outdoor hot tubs at the complex clubhouse. Gather with loved ones around the wood burning fireplace or the 52” smart TV in the evenings.

Ten Mile Suites

Ten Mile Suites is located just three blocks from Breckenridge’s Main Street. The Free Ride Shuttle bus, that takes you to the slopes, picks up next door. Plus, Ten Mile Suites backs up to Carter Park which has a free sledding hill in the winter and free volleyball and tennis in the summer. Onsite amenities include coin laundry machines and a shared hot tub.

Village Point

Ideally located within a few blocks of downtown Breckenridge and the Peak 9 lifts, the Village Point Townhomes are an ideal home base for your Breckenridge vacation. You can walk to the shops and restaurants of downtown Breckenridge in less than 10 minutes, or hop on the complimentary town shuttle which stops close by. 143 Park Forest

143 Park Forest is a 3 bedroom 3 bath 1,954 square foot townhome, a short walk from the free shuttle bus stop. It’s also a short walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing. Step out onto the upper deck with a cocktail and grill up some steaks. Watch the big game on the 65" flat screen TV in the lower level den while you warm up by the gas fireplace. Just off the lower level den is an outdoor hot tub for you to soak in while you breathe clean mountain air and take in the tranquility and peace of nature surrounding you in the gorgeous back yard. There is a laundry room and the home has an oversized one-car heated garage.

Powder Moose Villa

Powder Moose Villa is a 5 bedroom 5 bath house located 3 miles from downtown Breckenridge (no shuttle service). This beautiful home has a full kitchen, gas woodstove, high speed internet access and a large deck with an outdoor hot tub and gas grill. Enjoy spectacular views of the ski resort from your very own hot tub.

Christiana

Located on the South side of Breckenridge just a five to seven minute walk to the Peak 9 Base Area, the Quicksilver Super Chair, Historic Main Street and one block to the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop, sits the Christiana Townhomes. Units feature full kitchens, gas fireplaces and private decks with BBQs. The complex features on site laundry facilities. Guests to the Christiana Townhomes have seasonal access to the Columbine Recreation Center with a seasonal outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor over-sized hot tubs, shower rooms and a summer patio with outdoor furniture.

Advanced skiers will get a kick out of accessing the ski resort via the Burro Trail (located several blocks from the home, conditions permitting). The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and, when the snow melts, hiking. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood near Peak 9 & 10. It also offers quick and easy access to downtown Breckenridge less than 2 miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer. And in summer, the picnic area with built-in outdoor grills along the stream is the perfect spot to relax with family and friends.

Mainridge Townhomes

The Mainridge Townhomes are located directly across Main Street from Main Street Station, The Village at Breckenridge and the Base Area of Peak 9. Just below the complex is the well-known Blue Moose Restaurant (one of the best breakfast spots in Breckenridge) and just to the south is the Breckenridge Brewery.
