Great Raven Chalet

Great Raven Chalet actually consists of two chalets, the Raven’s Call Chalet, which has 6 bedrooms, and Raven’s Bungalow, which has 4 bedrooms. Located on High Street, minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle, it’s a convenient location and you can't beat the views of town and the ski area from the decks. The skier shuttle stop is a block away, or you can drive to the gondola parking lot in about 3 minutes. There’s a detached barn recreation room with a ping-pong table, pool table, and foosball. Each chalet has its own private outdoor hot tub. Each chalet also has its own kitchen and living room/dining area, as well as laundry facilities. It’s the perfect setup for a family reunion.

52 Clubhouse

52 Clubhouse #50 is a 3 BR, 2.5 bath home located just 5 minutes drive from Main Street Breckenridge, with great access to the Free Shuttle Stop which is just steps outside your door. This town home offers a great value for the level of comfort and quality it offers to you. Soak away the evening in the hot tub, or bask in the glow of magnificent views. Enjoy top end appliances, flat screens throughout, WIFI, kids games, dvd’s and the best views to Breckenridge ski area.

Timber Heights Lodge Home

The loft overlooking the downstairs accomodates even more guests thanks to a tucked-away Murphy bed. Please note that four-wheel drive is strongly recommended for accessing the property during winter months.

Hideaway on High

Whether it’s a stroll to the park, a ramble to the ski shuttle or a meander through the quaint streets toward Main Street’s shops and restaurants, Hideaway has the quintessence of location. The entire Main Level of this modern, two-story residence functions as the heart of the home with an epicurean kitchen and two individual living areas gracefully flowing from one to the other. The Gourmet Kitchen is any chef’s delight with its expansive granite slab countertops and custom cherry cabinets reflecting well-designed stylishness. All three bedrooms are on the Upstairs Level of the Hideaway. Enjoy remarkable sunsets from the rooftop terrace off of the Master Suite. The Americana Bedroom and the Wilderness Bedroom Share a bathroom with antique claw-foot tub/shower and vintage pedestal sink. The Front Porch is a time-honored, spacious L-shape with wide, wood planks and relaxing log furnishings. Winter or summer, Raven’s Call Chalet is at the center of actives while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Call Chalet is connected to the 4 bedroom Raven’s Bungalow, which can also be rented.

Winter or summer Raven’s Bungalow is at the center of activities while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Bungalow is connected to the 6 bedroom Raven’s Call Chalet, which can also be rented.

Wellington Townhome

Located two short blocks from the center of downtown Breckenridge, this townhome (and its private deck and hot tub) offers in-town convenience as well as spectacular views of the ski area. To get to the ski area, skiers and snowboarders can hop on the free town bus just across the street or simply walk a few blocks to the gondola. Inside, guests are invited to relax amidst the open floor plan, three large bedrooms, two baths, two private decks and expansive mountain views. Upon entering, guests are greeted with a toasty mudroom with plenty of equipment storage. The living room is open and cozy with a wood burning fireplace, ample seating, a memory foam pull out couch and flat screen TV. Just outside the main floor is a deck with a private hot tub, grill and unbeatable views of the Breckenridge ski area and all the twinkling lights of Main Street! Downstairs there’s a queen bedroom, and upstairs are two large bedrooms with beautiful wood furnishings.
