Located just off Main Street as you enter Breckenridge, this property is within walking distance to the BreckConnect Gondola, as well as to downtown for shopping, dining and local festivities throughout the year. The open plan main level encompasses the living area, dining and kitchen. There are gas fireplaces in the living room as well as the master bedroom, and an outdoor deck off the main living area. The Rocky Ridge Chalet is a 3 bedroom plus den, 3 bath cabin located 1.5 miles from Breckenridge’s Main Street. It has a full kitchen, pellet woodstove, high-speed internet, and a washer/dryer. There’s a large deck with a private outdoor hot tub and a gas grill. The home has beautiful pine and cedar interior walls. You will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle during winter months to access this secluded home.

Parking Notes: The property can only comfortably support parking for three vehicles. Plowing takes place from around 8 AM to 9 AM, and you will need to move vehicles to allow this to happen. If you have additional vehicles, you may park them at the ice rink, about three blocks from the house near the corner of French Street and Boreas Pass Road. You can park there for $5 per day; there is a kiosk at the lot.
