It’s an easy walk across the street to catch a ride on the Snowflake chair lift and only about a 10 minute walk to get to Breckenridge’s restaurants and shops. Ski home at the end of the day from Peak 8 via the Four O'clock ski run. Highlander Townhomes are spread over three levels with a spacious open floor plan, great for entertaining. Relax by the fireplace in the living room, or out on the private deck. Townhomes have a washer/dryer and a heated one-car garage, with parking for a second vehicle in the driveway.

The 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Slope View Chalet is a contemporary mountain townhome with vaulted ceilings and living room windows that directly capture views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Located just off Main Street as you enter Breckenridge, this property is within walking distance to the BreckConnect Gondola, as well as to downtown for shopping, dining and local festivities throughout the year. This 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home boasts a gorgeous great room with high ceilings, a beautiful stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors and Douglas fir beams throughout to give it an elegant and rustic feel. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream. The open dining area is surrounded by windows that showcase the spectacular mountain views. The deck has plenty of outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy while taking in the amazing views of Baldy Mountain during the summer months. After a big day of activities, relax and unwind in your own private hot tub located on the lower level patio. In addition to the main floor living area, an additional family room is located in the lower level, complete with a minibar, wine fridge and a small living area with a flat screen TV. For the athletes in the group, there is a yoga room with a stationary bike and a small flat screen TV. A laundry room, mud room, and 2-car garage complete the home’s amenities. With easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, ¾ of a mile away, and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door, this is the perfect property any time of year. 10 Southface offers five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is plenty of space to relax in with two living/family rooms. Relax in the hot tub with its stellar views and then take a steam shower to further unwind after a day full of activity. This home has a wonderful peaceful Zen feeling; come home, sit on your deck, and enjoy the best that Breckenridge has to offer. Raven’s Bungalow is a 4 bedroom chalet located on High Street in historic Breckenridge, just minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle. You can’t beat the views of town and the Ski Mountains from the decks. Located on High Street a few blocks east of town with an easy walk to Main Street with its bustling nightlife, restaurants and shopping. In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can wall one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer Raven’s Bungalow is at the center of activities while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Bungalow is connected to the 6 bedroom Raven’s Call Chalet, which can also be rented.

Rustic Timber Lodge is beautifully situated on a hillside in the exclusive Sunbeam Estates neighborhood. Golden light from the west spills over you as you watch the setting sun slip behind the Breckenridge ski mountains from the decks, patios and great room. Views and windows encompass the whole west side of this post-and-beam custom built home.

The entire log structure of Clifton Lodge is a masterpiece of environmentally conscious craftsmanship, with fallen Montana timbers of lodge pole pine and spruce trees. This is a quintessential, western log home radiating classic, mountain comfort.
