Its 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths have a decidedly European feel. The great room features floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, and access to the expansive deck. The lower level patio, off the den, contains the private outdoor hot tub. Garage parking for one car is available; there is a ping-pong table for après-ski family competitions, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Located in the Tyra Snowflake neighborhood, BlueSky Breckenridge condominiums offer convenient ski-in/ski-out access, exceptional amenities, stylish design and impeccable attention to detail. With only 52 refined residences, this boutique resort is a luxurious and intimate property. A true ski-in/ski-out resort, BlueSky Breckenridge sits between Peak 8 and Peak 9, adjacent to the Snowflake Lift and just three blocks off Main Street. Charter Sports offers onsite ski and snowboard rentals. Convenient lift-side ski lockers are just 50 feet from the lift. Located on premises, The Spa at Breckenridge day spa offers a wide range of massage services, skincare, manicures and pedicures performed by highly trained professionals. Alpine Majesty is a beautiful 6,500 square foot 5 bedroom 5 bath home laid out over five levels. It has a gorgeous great room with exposed log beams, a stone fireplace and beautiful hickory floors, a large kitchen with Viking and GE Monogram appliances, and a separate dining room. Additional features include multiple decks, a private outdoor hot tub, den/media room with pool table and flat screen TV, washer/dryer, and 3-car garage. The Alpine Majesty home is located 5 minutes from the Peak 8 ski area base and a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.

Tannenbaum Condominiums are nestled in a wooded area, just a short stroll from the Quicksilver SuperChair at the Peak 9 Base Area and the south end of downtown Breckenridge. Base Camp at Shockhill Landing is a custom-built 4 bedroom 4 bath duplex in the prestigious Shockhill Landing area in Breckenridge. Situated 75 yards from the mid-station gondola stop, you can choose to go either to Peak 7 or Peak 8 on the gondola. It’s also less than a 5-minute drive to Breckenridge’s Main Street. Snowflake Vista is a cozy ski-in/ski-out condo with epic views of Baldy Mountain—and it’s just 3 blocks from downtown Breckenridge! Guests can ski-in via the Four O’clock Trail and ski-out via the Snowflake Chair—just 200 yards away—or take the BreckConnect Gondola/Skyway Run. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is also a short distance from the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center, which has been providing life-changing outdoor learning experiences for individuals of all abilities, with a focus on those with special needs.
