The Sunset Townhomes are located on Four O'clock Road, only three blocks from downtown Breckenridge, steps to the Free Ride shuttle stop, and 200 yards from the Snowflake Lift. At the end of your ski day make your way down the Four O'clock Run from Peak 8 back to the property. Unit amenities include high speed Wi-Fi and a private washer and dryer. Guests of the Sunset Townhomes can also enjoy access to the Upper Village Pool and Hot Tub complex with a seasonal indoor and outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing sun tanning area.

At the beginning of your ski day, ski to the base of the Snowflake Lift, which will deliver you to an easy green run called Twister. At the bottom of Twister is the base of Peak 8 and a myriad of chairlifts which will take you to other parts of the mountain. At the end of your day, follow the Four O'Clock Run back to the Snowflake Run and ski to your front door. In the summer, Tyra Riverbend Lodge is situated among acres of forested hiking and mountain biking trails.
