1107 American Way is your quintessential mountain home with stunning views and a private hot tub. This is the place to get away from it all and escape to the mountains! The first level has a living area complete with a cozy couches, card table, Foosball table and wet bar for your enjoyment. There is a full bath on this level. The bunk room with 3 twin bunk beds is also on this level. Go up the stairs to the main level and you'll find a queen bedroom with TV and a full bath. You'll enjoy the main living area with large TV, cozy gas fireplace and comfy couches. This living room is open to the dining table and kitchen perfectly equipped for home cooked meals. There is also a half bath on the this level. You can also head out to the private hot tub and look at the stars or mountains all around. There's patio seating and a gas grill as well. Turn the corner and you'll find another queen bedroom. Head up to the third level and you'll find another bedroom with a full bed and full bath right next door. Across the hall is the master bedroom with king bed and TV.

Saddlewood Townhomes are considered one of the best ski-in/ski-out locations in the town of Breckenridge. At the beginning of your ski day, ski to the base of the Snowflake Lift, which will deliver you to an easy green run called Twister. At the bottom of Twister is the base of Peak 8 and a myriad of chairlifts which will take you to other parts of the mountain. At the end of your day, follow the Four O'Clock Run back to the Snowflake Run and ski to your front door. In the summer, Tyra Riverbend Lodge is situated among acres of forested hiking and mountain biking trails. The best of both worlds, the Riverbend also puts you just a few short blocks from downtown Breckenridge’s shops, restaurants and après ski scene.
