Ski Bridge Lodge

The gorgeous floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, rustic artwork and grand windows line the living room and offer views of the gorgeous Colorado landscape. The gourmet kitchen includes a double stacked oven with warmer, 2 dishwashers, refrigerator, built-in bay-styled seating in the kitchen as well as an eat-in granite countertop bar with bar stools. This home is the perfect spot for the avid-skier located right on the Snowflake Ski Run with incredible views of Peak 8 and Baldy Mountain!

Base Camp II

Base Camp at Shockhill Landing is a custom-built 4 bedroom 4 bath duplex in the prestigious Shockhill Landing area in Breckenridge. Situated 75 yards from the mid-station gondola stop, you can choose to go either to Peak 7 or Peak 8 on the gondola. It’s also less than a 5-minute drive to Breckenridge’s Main Street. The home features a contemporary mountain design with beautiful mountain views and tons of amenities. The open floor plan living area has huge windows and gas fireplace, and is a perfect place for gathering after skiing, as is the expanded lower patio with its fire pit, hot tub, outdoor speakers and spectacular views. The deck off the upstairs dining area also has outdoor speakers as well as a gas grill. The master bedroom features a king bed, gas fireplace, and steam shower. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended during winter months.

Chateau of Breckenridge is situated in one of the most sought-after locations in Breckenridge – just a few feet from the Four OClock ski run. This is true ski-in, ski-out at its best. This custom-built 11,000 square foot home features five king-bedded suites plus a bonus room with two sets of bunk beds, a theater room, and recreation room with billiards table. Park Forest Chalet

Park Forest Chalet is ideal for those seeking a private home in a quiet setting with excellent accessibility to the ski slopes and the town of Breckenridge! This 4 bedroom/3 bath home comes with its own private hot tub and lots of extras. It was built in 1997 and has recently been remodeled with a new kitchen, new furnishings, tile and hardwood floors throughout.

Main Street Station

Main Street Station offers well-appointed condos that enjoy convenient ski access from the base of Peak 9. They are located just off of historic Main Street, where all the lively dining and nightlife take place. Cimarron

Cimarron condominiums offer a good value in a premium location! On-site amenities include indoor hot tubs, a dry sauna, parking garage and coin laundry facilities. Walk or shuttle to the lifts, just 2 blocks away. Only 2 blocks to gourmet dining and specialty retail shops on Main Street.
