The outdoor deck off the living room has a private outdoor hot tub and there are gas fireplaces in the great room, the den/game room, and the master bedroom. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.

In winter, Royal Retreat is a beautiful snowy paradise, the perfect upscale mountain lodge for sipping hot chocolate by the fireplace after a day on the nearby ski slopes or exploring the premises on snowshoes. Summer showcases the beauty of this 9-acre retreat, with moose, deer, and other wildlife sightings common from the steps of this home, in addition to incredible mountain views and fishing within 25 feet of your doorstep. Endless National Park trails are within walking distance, creating a special getaway that is hard to find anywhere else. There is complimentary shuttle service for this luxury vacation home from mid-November through mid-April.
