Timbernest

The Timbernest complex is a great winter or summer location – it’s less than a five-minute stroll to the Quicksilver lift and ski school on Peak 9 and just a bit further to the shops and restaurants on Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. Guests have access to a seasonal heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Condos each have a private deck, gas fireplace, covered parking for one vehicle, and access to shared laundry facilities.

Tannenbaum by the River

The Tannenbaum by the River Condominiums are nestled in a wooded area along the Blue River, a year-round mountain stream. These bright and spacious units offer some of the most incredible mountain views from large picture windows encompassing an entire wall of the living area. But breathtaking views aren't the only feature that these comfy condos offer. They are also located less than a 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver SuperChair at the Peak 9 Base Area and the south end of downtown Breckenridge. These condominiums are located 1 ½ blocks from Main Street and across the street from a shuttle stop. You can also walk 4 blocks to Peak 9. They have a full kitchen, Gas Fireplace and deck. You have access to the Columbine pool and hot tubs and a carport.

Mark IX

Mark IX condominiums are located 3/4 Mile from Main Street with a Summit Stage stop at the end of the driveway. Units feature a full kitchen, wood fireplace, flat screen televisions, and wireless internet. The complex also features a communal laundry room.

Columbine
