Great Raven Chalet actually consists of two chalets, the Raven’s Call Chalet, which has 6 bedrooms, and Raven’s Bungalow, which has 4 bedrooms. Located on High Street, minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle, it’s a convenient location and you can't beat the views of town and the ski area from the decks. The skier shuttle stop is a block away, or you can drive to the gondola parking lot in about 3 minutes. There’s a detached barn recreation room with a ping-pong table, pool table, and foosball. Each chalet has its own private outdoor hot tub. Each chalet also has its own kitchen and living room/dining area, as well as laundry facilities. It’s the perfect setup for a family reunion.

The entire log structure of Clifton Lodge is a masterpiece of environmentally conscious craftsmanship, with fallen Montana timbers of lodge pole pine and spruce trees. This is a quintessential, western log home radiating classic, mountain comfort. Enormous picture windows and half-moon shaped windows shower the main level with natural lighting and incredible mountain vistas. Clifton Lodge is located right on the 4 O Clock ski run, perfectly situated for the ultimate ski-in access, and the Snowflake Lift is just across the street. The home’s south-facing deck is 75 feet long and has a custom-built gas log fire pit, gas grill, and private hot tub facing the ski run, the ideal place to relax after a great day outdoors.

Cloud Peak Vista is a five star home built into the hillside in the Peak Seven Area of Breckenridge. The home is a mere five minute drive to the Peak Seven Base Area and a 7 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge. Cloud Peak Vista offers incredible mountain views of both the Continental Divide and the Ten Mile Range. Cloud Peak Vista is a 3 level 5 Bedroom home.

1107 American Way is your quintessential mountain home with stunning views and a private hot tub. This is the place to get away from it all and escape to the mountains! The first level has a living area complete with a cozy couches, card table, Foosball table and wet bar for your enjoyment. There is a full bath on this level. The bunk room with 3 twin bunk beds is also on this level. Go up the stairs to the main level and you'll find a queen bedroom with TV and a full bath. You'll enjoy the main living area with large TV, cozy gas fireplace and comfy couches. This living room is open to the dining table and kitchen perfectly equipped for home cooked meals. There is also a half bath on the this level. You can also head out to the private hot tub and look at the stars or mountains all around. There's patio seating and a gas grill as well. Turn the corner and you'll find another queen bedroom. Head up to the third level and you'll find another bedroom with a full bed and full bath right next door. Across the hall is the master bedroom with king bed and TV.

Snowflake Vista is a cozy ski-in/ski-out condo with epic views of Baldy Mountain—and it’s just 3 blocks from downtown Breckenridge! Guests can ski-in via the Four O’clock Trail and ski-out via the Snowflake Chair—just 200 yards away—or take the BreckConnect Gondola/Skyway Run. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is also a short distance from the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center, which has been providing life-changing outdoor learning experiences for individuals of all abilities, with a focus on those with special needs. Tyra Summit sits between the mountain and chairlift, making it perfect for a day of cruising the trails. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

The Ski Hill Condominiums are located 100 yards from the Breck Connect Gondola and walk-in via the Skiway Skyway ski run. Walk across the street to the Gondola or jump on the bus up to Peak 8 in the morning and ski down the Skiway Skyway in the afternoon. Conveniently located just one block from downtown Main Street, these Breckenridge condos are your key to a relaxing vacation.
