10 Southface

10 Southface is a private home with fantastic, panoramic, Ten Mile Range and ski area views. It is the perfect blend of a classic Colorado log home complimented by a chic and sleek updated kitchen and bathrooms. This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, backs to 7+ acres of open space and offers great summer hiking and winter snowshoe trails. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood atop Baldy Mountain, you will find the perfect spot to relax and unwind with endless activities right outside your door. With easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, ¾ of a mile away, and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door, this is the perfect property any time of year. 10 Southface offers five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is plenty of space to relax in with two living/family rooms. Relax in the hot tub with its stellar views and then take a steam shower to further unwind after a day full of activity. This home has a wonderful peaceful Zen feeling; come home, sit on your deck, and enjoy the best that Breckenridge has to offer. Amenities include a private outdoor hot tub on the master bedroom deck, a stackable washer/dryer, wood-burning fireplace in the living room, gas fireplace in the family room, private garage, and high-speed internet. The home sleeps up to 12 people, with one king bed, three queen beds and two sets of bunk beds. The shuttle to downtown Breckenridge stops about a 3 minute walk away.

Gold Flake Lodge Home

Gold Flake Lodge boasts some of the best panoramic views of the Ten Mile Range in Breckenridge. A stone fireplace reaching up to the vaulted ceilings centers the family room and a floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of Breckenridge’s slopes. Glass doors off both the living and dining room open out to the back deck offering a closer look at the stunning mountain landscape. The dining room has seating for six and a breakfast bar provides additional seats for four. In the kitchen you will find warm wood cabinetry, high-end appliances and plenty of warm sunlight coming in from the windows in the adjoining dining room. The master suite is located on the main floor and features a cozy gas fireplace and walk out access to the deck. Four additional guest rooms each boast spectacular views overlooking Breckenridge Resort. The additional game room walks out to the deck and has a second living area with cozy couches and a designer billiards table for a little friendly competition. Surrounding the home are multiple deck spaces that offer the perfect spot to watch the magnificent sunsets over the mountain ranges. If you’d like to soak blissfully while appreciating the views, there is also a private outdoor hot tub on the back deck.

Bogart House

The Bogart House has it all - mountain luxury, spectacular views, and an amazing location. This 4,063 square foot, 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home accommodates up to 10 guests in a beautiful space right in the heart of Breckenridge’s downtown arts district. Walk out the back door to discover all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. The Free Ride bus stop is steps away and the Breck Connect Gondola just a few blocks down the street. Warm up by the gas fireplace in the living room or enjoy Tenmile Range views while soaking in the private outdoor hot tub. The flat-screen TVs, Sonos sound system, and arcade games keep everyone entertained while the private deck on the upper level offers peace and quiet.

Mountain Majesty Manor

Mountain Majesty House is a spectacular five-bedroom, 5.5-bath manor residing in a quiet residential neighborhood not far from Breckenridge’s core. This opulent residence is less than one mile to all Breckenridge has to offer, but with amenities like a private outdoor hot tub, game room and luxury at every turn, you may not want to leave the house. Accommodating up to 14 guests, Mountain Majesty Manor’s open, flowing great room is bedecked with hardwood floors, wood-beam framed vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling picture windows. A large stone hearth warms the area with a gas fireplace surrounded by plush furniture. The nearby granite, wood and stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped with a Viking double gas stove, dual ovens, two sinks and everything needed to prepare gourmet meals. Diners may sit at the bar, breakfast nook or formal dining table. The master suite offers forest views from its expansive window, and is furnished with a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, king-size bed and a walk-in closet with a washer and dryer. The spacious, slate-floor master bath has a jetted tub and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads. Guests can access the main-level deck from the master suite. Downstairs, the recreation room is furnished with a mini-bar, billiards table, flat-screen TV and an Xbox. Mountain Majesty House has two large decks, including seating for nine and a gas grill. Additional amenities include a two-car garage with two outdoor parking spaces, a laundry room, Internet and more.
