Grand Vista Lodge

Perched above Breckenridge on Peak 10, Grand Vista Lodge’s 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths are spread over 5,000 square feet. With a modern mountain design offering the height of sophistication, guests will love the open floor plan living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and stunning views of Breckenridge and Baldy Mountain from floor-to-ceiling windows. The outdoor deck off the living room has a private outdoor hot tub and there are gas fireplaces in the great room, the den/game room, and the master bedroom. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.

Elk Trail House

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. The living area has two leather sofas and a flat screen TV set above the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and looks out to spectacular views of the peaks of Breckenridge Resort. In the open kitchen you’ll find an island with bar seating, wood cabinetry and plenty of counter space to have multiple cooks working at once. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.

Summit at Shockhill

Surround yourself in elegance at the custom-built 7 bedroom, 7.5 bath Summit at Shock Hill home, a dream vacation home with over-the-top amenities and modern alpine design. With 7,500 square feet, 3 floors (and an elevator), 2 separate living areas, and 3 master suites, there is room for multi-family gatherings in Summit at Shockhill. The upper level of the home features the main living room with an open dining area and kitchen, vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows facing the forest, providing the utmost privacy. A stone fireplace provides Colorado ambiance in the great room. A lower level theatre room with overhead projection system and 12-foot screen seats 12 people in comfy recliners. The middle level of the home features a recreation room with billiards, wet bar, fireplace and flat screen TV and second mini kitchen with full size refrigerator. A private outdoor hot tub sits just off the rec room. There are two sets of washers and dryers, and a 3-bay heated garage with ski storage and heated ski boot warmers. The home is located in the exclusive Shock Hill neighborhood one mile from downtown Breckenridge with views of the ski slopes. It’s approximately an 8-minute walk to the mid-station BreckConnect gondola stop.
