Chalet du Soleil

Chalet du Soleil is a magnificent example of a luxurious Colorado mountain ski home with a distinctive European provincial flair. This luxury 8,700 square foot home has 8 bedrooms and 6.5 baths and sits on a private 2.5 acre lot in the exclusive Shock Hill subdivision. You can walk from the chalet to the mid-station Shock Hill gondola stop in 6 minutes and there are Nordic trails right off the back of the home. The main living level has an open floor plan, a wood-burning fireplace, and views of Peak 8. The expansive deck off the living area has a gas grill. On the top level, the king-bedded master bedroom suite has a fireplace and private deck with 2-person private hot tub. A second larger hot tub is located on the lower level patio. Also on the lower level is a den with fireplace, theater room, a second kitchen, and steam shower. Laundry facilities and a 2-bay heated garage round out this beautiful home’s amenities.

Bear Lodge Home

This 6,000 square-foot log rustic retreat features one-of-a-kind Black Forest, Adirondack and mountain country antique pieces among the many amenities. Amidst the glorious Rocky Mountain views, this unique lodge boasts 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a large open kitchen, living and dining room area and three fireplaces. The lodge is situated on three levels and offers plenty of space and privacy for large groups and families.

Chelsea House

Chelsea House enjoys a great in-town location where you can easily walk to the free shuttle, ice skating rink, shops, and restaurants. This 3-level mountain home is filled with amenities, perfect for families. There’s a rec room with pool table, ping-pong table, and foosball. The great room has a gas fireplace and opens to the kitchen and dining area. A deck off the living area has a gas grill and private outdoor hot tub. Alpenglow Peaks Lodge

Tucked in the trees, Alpenglow Peaks Lodge provides privacy with magnificent views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. This 4,485 square foot, 6 bedroom 4.5 bath home sits on 2 private acres, about a 12 minute drive from Breckenridge. The home features an open floor plan, beautiful hardwood floors, a stone gas fireplace in the living area, and a large secluded deck with private outdoor hot tub and wonderful mountain views. A washer/dryer and 2-bay garage are available for your convenience. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required during winter months.

Grand Vista Lodge

Perched above Breckenridge on Peak 10, Grand Vista Lodge’s 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths are spread over 5,000 square feet. With a modern mountain design offering the height of sophistication, guests will love the open floor plan living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and stunning views of Breckenridge and Baldy Mountain from floor-to-ceiling windows. The outdoor deck off the living room has a private outdoor hot tub and there are gas fireplaces in the great room, the den/game room, and the master bedroom. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.

Chateau of Breckenridge

The Italian-style Chateau of Breckenridge enjoys a majestic view over the town of Breckenridge and a peek of snowcapped mountains. After a full day of skiing, plan your Après festivities in the rooftop hot tub or around the outdoor fireplace on the rooftop patio, the best in Breckenridge, with an outdoor bar, kitchen and flat-screen TV. Chateau of Breckenridge is situated in one of the most sought-after locations in Breckenridge – just a few feet from the Four OClock ski run. This is true ski-in, ski-out at its best. Summertime at the Ski Classic Lodge brings Peak 8 activities like the Alpine Slide, mountain biking, hiking, and mini golf, right to your doorstep. The Ski Classic Lodge has 8 bedrooms and 8 baths in 7,200 square feet. Amenities include a private outdoor hot tub, a theater room, recreation room with billiards table, two steam showers, laundry facilities, two gas fireplaces, antique ski equipment and décor throughout the home, including an original 1967 Vail Gondola Car in the great room. There is a 3-bay heated garage and 4-wheel drive vehicles are required for the driveway during winter months.

Lofty Fox Villa

Lofty Fox is a grand Breckenridge townhome nestled in the woods near Baldy Mountain. This property can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests.
