Located just .6 miles from the heart of town, Goldenview Chalet provides easy access to everything Breckenridge by either a short walk or a shuttle stop located just down the road. With 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, this home can comfortably sleep 8 people. There are 2 king bedroom suites and a twin bedroom with 2 extra long twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa located on the loft for additional sleeping space.

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. The living area has two leather sofas and a flat screen TV set above the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and looks out to spectacular views of the peaks of Breckenridge Resort. In the open kitchen you’ll find an island with bar seating, wood cabinetry and plenty of counter space to have multiple cooks working at once. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.

At the top of White Cloud Drive sits this stunning four-bedroom home offering spectacular views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Ten Mile Range. Its contemporary design provides plenty of space and relaxation for up to ten guests in a beautiful and peaceful setting, ideally situated opposite the national forest with its abundant wildlife and hiking trails. Entering this home, you will be welcomed by radiant strand woven bamboo flooring and beautiful picture windows on the main level that bring in the incredible natural surroundings. This home is located in the coveted ski-in / ski-out Warrior’s Mark neighborhood near Peak 9 & 10. Advanced skiers are able to access the ski resort via the Burro Trail (located just one block from the home, conditions permitting). When accessing these trails you are outside of the ski resort boundary for a short time - these areas are not maintained or patrolled and should only be skied at your own risk. The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Main St. Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer. There are four bedrooms including a master king suite, a master queen suite, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom. The fully stocked island kitchen features custom cabinetry, polished granite counters and Thermador stainless steel appliances, all designed to make meal preparation enjoyable and easy. Raven’s Bungalow is a 4 bedroom chalet located on High Street in historic Breckenridge, just minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle. You can’t beat the views of town and the Ski Mountains from the decks. Located on High Street a few blocks east of town with an easy walk to Main Street with its bustling nightlife, restaurants and shopping. In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can wall one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer Raven’s Bungalow is at the center of activities while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Bungalow is connected to the 6 bedroom Raven’s Call Chalet, which can also be rented.

Sundara Place is a lovely, peaceful 3,025 square foot home with everything you are looking for in a mountain getaway. Relax in the living room where floor-to-ceiling windows provide expansive views of mountains that are simply breathtaking. Even when it is cold and snowing outside, you will be cozy and warm inside with in-floor radiant heating throughout. The living room opens to the kitchen and dining room, making this house perfect for entertaining. On the top level of the house is the perfect secluded master bedroom retreat. After an evening of fun in downtown Breckenridge, spend some time relaxing in the outdoor hot tub surrounded by nature. This house is equipped with TVs in every bedroom, laundry facilities and a grill on the balcony. Please note that a 4-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended for winter driving.
