Breckenridge Mountain Village

Rustic Timber Lodge

Rustic Timber Lodge is beautifully situated on a hillside in the exclusive Sunbeam Estates neighborhood. Golden light from the west spills over you as you watch the setting sun slip behind the Breckenridge ski mountains from the decks, patios and great room. Views and windows encompass the whole west side of this post-and-beam custom built home.

Clifton Lodge

The entire log structure of Clifton Lodge is a masterpiece of environmentally conscious craftsmanship, with fallen Montana timbers of lodge pole pine and spruce trees. This is a quintessential, western log home radiating classic, mountain comfort. 4 O Clock Lodge

These rustic mountain condominiums are a short pleasant stroll into the picturesque Town of Breckenridge. Enjoy the luxury of skiing back to your unit and walking to the Snowflake Chairlift right across the street. Four O'Clock Lodge offers one bedroom and one bedroom plus loft units on the ski run. There is also a free town shuttle stop in front of the complex. Access is provided to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub. These units are perfectly located near the Snowflake Lift. In addition to the amenities listed these units also offer a balcony and kitchen for your convenience.

Pines 75 Townhomes

Winter or summer, this beautiful Pines Townhome will satisfy all your mountain expectations. Off the back deck, watch mule deer and moose roam in the bushes next to the 4 O’Clock Ski Run. Pines 75 is on a quiet cul-de-sac a few minutes from town and the base of Peak 8.

10 Southface

It is the perfect blend of a classic Colorado log home complimented by a chic and sleek updated kitchen and bathrooms. This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, backs to 7+ acres of open space and offers great summer hiking and winter snowshoe trails. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood atop Baldy Mountain, you will find the perfect spot to relax and unwind with endless activities right outside your door. With easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, ¾ of a mile away, and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door, this is the perfect property any time of year. 10 Southface offers five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is plenty of space to relax in with two living/family rooms. Relax in the hot tub with its stellar views and then take a steam shower to further unwind after a day full of activity. This home has a wonderful peaceful Zen feeling; come home, sit on your deck, and enjoy the best that Breckenridge has to offer. These multi-level townhome offers beautiful mountain and downtown views with a mountain stream running just behind the property. Each townhome has an open living area with a gas fireplace and private balcony. Other amenities include a washer and dryer and one-car garage.

Tyra I

Raven’s Bungalow is a 4 bedroom chalet located on High Street in historic Breckenridge, just minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle. You can’t beat the views of town and the Ski Mountains from the decks. Located on High Street a few blocks east of town with an easy walk to Main Street with its bustling nightlife, restaurants and shopping. In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can wall one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer Raven’s Bungalow is at the center of activities while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Bungalow is connected to the 6 bedroom Raven’s Call Chalet, which can also be rented.

Tyra Summit Townhomes

The Tyra Summit Townhomes are slopeside to the Four O’Clock ski run. These ski-in/ski-out Breckenridge accommodations lie within walking distance of the Snowflake lift as well.
