This 6,000 square-foot log rustic retreat features one-of-a-kind Black Forest, Adirondack and mountain country antique pieces among the many amenities. Amidst the glorious Rocky Mountain views, this unique lodge boasts 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a large open kitchen, living and dining room area and three fireplaces. The lodge is situated on three levels and offers plenty of space and privacy for large groups and families.

Nestled in the forest and on the Blue River, this beautifully crafted vacation home is also conveniently located just a half mile from Main Street. Guests will enjoy stunning mountain views a floor plan designed to entertain and luxuriate. Consisting of three levels, this unique home features a chef’s kitchen, two-car garage, multi-level balconies, a family room with a pool table, three bedrooms, plus a loft, and sleeps 12 total.

The Snodallion Condos enjoy a convenient location yet are tucked away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet, wooded area. They are less than a 5-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift and Breckenridge’s downtown Main Street area. The property has underground parking and shares the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs at the Columbine complex, which includes a pool house with showers and locker rooms.

Winterpoint Townhomes are conveniently located close to both the ski slopes and downtown Breckenridge. You are only two blocks below the Snowflake Lift, the Breckenridge Town Shuttle stops nearby and it’s a three block walk to charming Main Street where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightlife. These multi-level townhomes include a full kitchen, fireplace, balcony, wireless internet, in-unit washer/dryer, and private garage. Also included is access to the seasonal Upper Village pool complex which has an indoor/outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and changing rooms.

Perched above Breckenridge on Peak 10, Grand Vista Lodge’s 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths are spread over 5,000 square feet. With a modern mountain design offering the height of sophistication, guests will love the open floor plan living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and stunning views of Breckenridge and Baldy Mountain from floor-to-ceiling windows. The outdoor deck off the living room has a private outdoor hot tub and there are gas fireplaces in the great room, the den/game room, and the master bedroom. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.

Please note that four-wheel drive is strongly recommended for accessing the property during winter months.

The Rocky Ridge Chalet is a 3 bedroom plus den, 3 bath cabin located 1.5 miles from Breckenridge’s Main Street. It has a full kitchen, pellet woodstove, high-speed internet, and a washer/dryer. There’s a large deck with a private outdoor hot tub and a gas grill. The home has beautiful pine and cedar interior walls. You will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle during winter months to access this secluded home.

Clowsgill Holme sits in the gorgeous Baldy Mountain area just above the quaint town of Breckenridge, only ten minutes from the slopes.
