Sundowner I

Located across the street from the Four O'Clock ski run and only two blocks off Breckenridge’s Main Street, the Sundowner condos offer great value and location. Units feature a fully-equipped kitchen, private deck, fireplace, and wireless internet. Guests have convenient access to the Upper Village indoor/outdoor seasonal pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and changing rooms.

Corral

The Corral at Breckenridge enjoys a convenient location at the south end of Main Street near all the shops, restaurants, and the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9. All condominiums feature private decks or patios. Some units feature mountain views, and some have private hot tubs. Other units also feature private garage parking. On site amenities at The Corral include outdoor hot tubs, an exercise room, steam sauna, and game room.

Main Street Junction

These units are conveniently located on Main Street Breckenridge within walking distance to the Peak 9 lifts and on the free town shuttle route. All guests at Main Street Junction enjoy access to the amenities offered at Main Street Station including: concierge service, ski storage, fitness center, pool and hot tubs, and ski storage. Complete with a private garage and off-street parking.

Mountain Majesty Manor

Mountain Majesty House is a spectacular five-bedroom, 5.5-bath manor residing in a quiet residential neighborhood not far from Breckenridge’s core. This opulent residence is less than one mile to all Breckenridge has to offer, but with amenities like a private outdoor hot tub, game room and luxury at every turn, you may not want to leave the house. Accommodating up to 14 guests, Mountain Majesty Manor’s open, flowing great room is bedecked with hardwood floors, wood-beam framed vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling picture windows. A large stone hearth warms the area with a gas fireplace surrounded by plush furniture. The nearby granite, wood and stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped with a Viking double gas stove, dual ovens, two sinks and everything needed to prepare gourmet meals. Diners may sit at the bar, breakfast nook or formal dining table. The master suite offers forest views from its expansive window, and is furnished with a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, king-size bed and a walk-in closet with a washer and dryer. The spacious, slate-floor master bath has a jetted tub and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads. Guests can access the main-level deck from the master suite. Downstairs, the recreation room is furnished with a mini-bar, billiards table, flat-screen TV and an Xbox. Mountain Majesty House has two large decks, including seating for nine and a gas grill. Additional amenities include a two-car garage with two outdoor parking spaces, a laundry room, Internet and more.

Cimarron

Cimarron condominiums offer a good value in a premium location! On-site amenities include indoor hot tubs, a dry sauna, parking garage and coin laundry facilities. Walk or shuttle to the lifts, just 2 blocks away. Only 2 blocks to gourmet dining and specialty retail shops on Main Street. The Cimarron condominium complex is located on Park Avenue directly across the street from the Breckenridge Performing Arts Center, within walking distance of the Quicksilver Superchair and 4 O|Clock Ski Run.

Shock Hill Retreat

Elk Ridge Townhome

Only a one block walk to the Snowflake Lift. The Elk Ridge townhomes are in a sought-after location. The town shuttle is a short walk away for easy access to the Peak 9 lifts and downtown. Built in 1996, these townhomes are well decorated and comfortable for larger groups. In addition to the listed amenities The Elk Ridge also offers fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and a one car garage.
