After an evening of fun in downtown Breckenridge, spend some time relaxing in the outdoor hot tub surrounded by nature. This house is equipped with TVs in every bedroom, laundry facilities and a grill on the balcony. Please note that a 4-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended for winter driving.

Summit Solitude is a 7-bedroom pet friendly mountain home sitting on 9 forested acres backing up to national forest. This luxury home is a true Colorado escape that can accommodate large or multiple families looking to enjoy a mountain experience close to town and skiing. There is a large wall of picture windows that connects the home with the local environment for the ultimate mountain experience. There is an additional carriage house with its own private access.

Mark IX condominiums are located 3/4 Mile from Main Street with a Summit Stage stop at the end of the driveway. Units feature a full kitchen, wood fireplace, flat screen televisions, and wireless internet. The complex also features a communal laundry room.

The Powderhorn condominiums are located within walking distance of the Quicksilver Lift at the base of Peak 9. Although they are only 1 1/2 blocks from Main Street, these units are in a forested, streamside location which provides for a quiet location. Guests have access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and hot tub area across the street. There is both underground and above ground parking available, as well as an elevator in each of the three buildings.

The Tannenbaum by the River Condominiums are nestled in a wooded area along the Blue River, a year-round mountain stream. These bright and spacious units offer some of the most incredible mountain views from large picture windows encompassing an entire wall of the living area. But breathtaking views aren't the only feature that these comfy condos offer. They are also located less than a 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver SuperChair at the Peak 9 Base Area and the south end of downtown Breckenridge. The Ski Country Penthouse condominiums are located just 150 steps from the Breck Connect Gondola and within walking distance of all of the dining and shopping opportunities on Breckenridge’s Main Street. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.
