Tannenbaum II Condominiums are nestled in a wooded area, just a short stroll from the Quicksilver SuperChair at the Peak 9 Base Area and the south end of downtown Breckenridge. These bright and spacious units have large picture windows to let in the sunlight. Located just across the street is the Columbine Pool Center where guests can enjoy soaking those sore muscles after a full day of skiing, hiking or biking in one of the oversized indoor/outdoor hot tubs or enjoy a summer day lounging around or splashing in the year-round heated pool.

This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

With 25 years of experience, Der Steiermark knows how to provide comfort and convenience at a reasonable price. Each condominium features a private balcony, fireplace, TV, and a complete kitchen. Unit sizes range from studios to two bedrooms, some with lofts. Only a short walk to the Peak 9 lift, and ½ block to Main Street, with easy access to all that Breckenridge has to offer. Guests can enjoy the restaurant, outdoor hot tub, ski rental, heated garage, and laundry facilities located on the premises. Just outside your door is the spectacular Blue River, with picturesque bike and hiking trails. You will also be a short distance from the Riverwalk Performing Arts Center, which features a complete schedule of summer concerts and performances.

The Sunset Townhomes are located on Four O'clock Road, only three blocks from downtown Breckenridge, steps to the Free Ride shuttle stop, and 200 yards from the Snowflake Lift. At the end of your ski day make your way down the Four O'clock Run from Peak 8 back to the property. Unit amenities include high speed Wi-Fi and a private washer and dryer. Guests of the Sunset Townhomes can also enjoy access to the Upper Village Pool and Hot Tub complex with a seasonal indoor and outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing sun tanning area.
