Convenient to all of the world-class art galleries, shopping, nightlife and dining on historic Main Street in Breckenridge, Water House on Main Street is an excellent choice for the vacationer who wants to experience local culture. Guests are just a short walk from the Peak 9 chairlifts, too. Accommodations include fully-equipped gourmet kitchens, natural-stone fireplaces, flat-screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, European-style soaking tubs and in-unit washer/dryer. When it’s time to relax and rejuvenate after a full day on the slopes, guests at Water House can enjoy a soak in one of the seven hot tubs or a swim in the outdoor heated pool. The Cimarron condominium complex is located on Park Avenue directly across the street from the Breckenridge Performing Arts Center, within walking distance of the Quicksilver Superchair and 4 O|Clock Ski Run.

Located across the street from the Four O'Clock ski run and only two blocks off Breckenridge’s Main Street, the Sundowner condos offer great value and location. At the beginning of your ski day, ski to the base of the Snowflake Lift, which will deliver you to an easy green run called Twister. At the bottom of Twister is the base of Peak 8 and a myriad of chairlifts which will take you to other parts of the mountain. At the end of your day, follow the Four O'Clock Run back to the Snowflake Run and ski to your front door. In the summer, Tyra Riverbend Lodge is situated among acres of forested hiking and mountain biking trails. The best of both worlds, the Riverbend also puts you just a few short blocks from downtown Breckenridge’s shops, restaurants and après ski scene. The complex offers heated garage parking, elevators, fitness facilities, and a shared outdoor hot tub, ideal for unwinding after a day outdoors.
