The home sits on a wooded lot, about a mile from Breckenridge’s Peak 8 base area and a mile from Main Street. You can walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, and walk to a shuttle stop for the short trip to Peak 8. There is also a 2-bay garage in case you have a rental car (4-wheel drive is recommended). Outdoors there is a deck with private outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and fire table. Indoors, the great room opens to the dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a private deck, and laundry facilities are included.

Prepare to be inspired by the beautiful views of the Ten Mile Range from The Black Bear Lodge. This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath house features high ceilings and large windows, bringing in natural light along with the lovely natural scenery. Take it all in from your private hot tub, and enjoy a barbeque on your wrap-around deck. The home has 3 levels, with the main level featuring a gorgeous kitchen with all the essentials for preparing a feast. The living room with gas fireplace and deck are on this floor as well. The top level houses the private master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath.

Cypress Mountain Chalet, located in the prestigious Highlands of Breckenridge neighborhood, is an elegant Colorado-style chalet, 10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge. Its 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths have a decidedly European feel. The great room features floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, and access to the expansive deck. The lower level patio, off the den, contains the private outdoor hot tub. Garage parking for one car is available; there is a ping-pong table for après-ski family competitions, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Raven’s Bungalow is a 4 bedroom chalet located on High Street in historic Breckenridge, just minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle. You can’t beat the views of town and the Ski Mountains from the decks. Located on High Street a few blocks east of town with an easy walk to Main Street with its bustling nightlife, restaurants and shopping. In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can wall one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer Raven’s Bungalow is at the center of activities while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Bungalow is connected to the 6 bedroom Raven’s Call Chalet, which can also be rented.

These spacious tri-level townhomes offer easy access to free shuttle or walking distance to shopping, restaurants and night life on Main Street or the nearby Quicksilver six-pack SuperChair at the base of Peak 9. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.
