Summertime at the Ski Classic Lodge brings Peak 8 activities like the Alpine Slide, mountain biking, hiking, and mini golf, right to your doorstep. The Ski Classic Lodge has 8 bedrooms and 8 baths in 7,200 square feet. Amenities include a private outdoor hot tub, a theater room, recreation room with billiards table, two steam showers, laundry facilities, two gas fireplaces, antique ski equipment and décor throughout the home, including an original 1967 Vail Gondola Car in the great room. There is a 3-bay heated garage and 4-wheel drive vehicles are required for the driveway during winter months.

This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

Prepare to be inspired by the beautiful views of the Ten Mile Range from The Black Bear Lodge. This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath house features high ceilings and large windows, bringing in natural light along with the lovely natural scenery. Take it all in from your private hot tub, and enjoy a barbeque on your wrap-around deck. The home has 3 levels, with the main level featuring a gorgeous kitchen with all the essentials for preparing a feast. The living room with gas fireplace and deck are on this floor as well. It’s an easy 7 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge.
