Three Sisters Lookout

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood atop Baldy Mountain, you will find the perfect spot to relax and unwind with endless activities right outside your door. With easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, ¾ of a mile away, and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door, this is the perfect property any time of year. 10 Southface offers five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is plenty of space to relax in with two living/family rooms. Relax in the hot tub with its stellar views and then take a steam shower to further unwind after a day full of activity. This home has a wonderful peaceful Zen feeling; come home, sit on your deck, and enjoy the best that Breckenridge has to offer. The adjoining en suite is spacious with his and hers vanities, Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and stone tile work. The second and third guest rooms each offer queen beds. The fourth has bunk beds and futon. Downstairs has an second living space perfect for late night movies with leather couches, stone gas fireplace, TV and mini kitchenette with a microwave for making popcorn. Outside is a spacious terrace with a private hot tub and elevated deck with a gas grill. This lovely log cabin home, called Pine River Cabin, offers a location close to the action but removed enough to be a serene, mountain retreat.
