On the top level, the king-bedded master bedroom suite has a fireplace and private deck with 2-person private hot tub. A second larger hot tub is located on the lower level patio. Also on the lower level is a den with fireplace, theater room, a second kitchen, and steam shower. Laundry facilities and a 2-bay heated garage round out this beautiful home’s amenities.

Raven’s Bungalow is a 4 bedroom chalet located on High Street in historic Breckenridge, just minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle. You can’t beat the views of town and the Ski Mountains from the decks. Located on High Street a few blocks east of town with an easy walk to Main Street with its bustling nightlife, restaurants and shopping. In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can wall one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer Raven’s Bungalow is at the center of activities while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Bungalow is connected to the 6 bedroom Raven’s Call Chalet, which can also be rented.

Alpine Majesty is a beautiful 6,500 square foot 5 bedroom 5 bath home laid out over five levels. It has a gorgeous great room with exposed log beams, a stone fireplace and beautiful hickory floors, a large kitchen with Viking and GE Monogram appliances, and a separate dining room. Additional features include multiple decks, a private outdoor hot tub, den/media room with pool table and flat screen TV, washer/dryer, and 3-car garage. The Alpine Majesty home is located 5 minutes from the Peak 8 ski area base and a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.

Cloud Peak Vista is a five star home built into the hillside in the Peak Seven Area of Breckenridge. The home is a mere five minute drive to the Peak Seven Base Area and a 7 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge. Summertime at the Ski Classic Lodge brings Peak 8 activities like the Alpine Slide, mountain biking, hiking, and mini golf, right to your doorstep. The Ski Classic Lodge has 8 bedrooms and 8 baths in 7,200 square feet. Amenities include a private outdoor hot tub, a theater room, recreation room with billiards table, two steam showers, laundry facilities, two gas fireplaces, antique ski equipment and décor throughout the home, including an original 1967 Vail Gondola Car in the great room. There is a 3-bay heated garage and 4-wheel drive vehicles are required for the driveway during winter months.

Park Forest Chalet is ideal for those seeking a private home in a quiet setting with excellent accessibility to the ski slopes and the town of Breckenridge! This 4 bedroom/3 bath home comes with its own private hot tub and lots of extras. It was built in 1997 and has recently been remodeled with a new kitchen, new furnishings, tile and hardwood floors throughout.

This charming 3 bedroom, 3 bath home on French St. sits in the heart of Breckenridge's historic district. Located just two blocks from Main Street, you can feel like you are a part of the community by staying close to all that Breckenridge has to offer - including shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs. Accommodating up to 14 guests, Mountain Majesty Manor’s open, flowing great room is bedecked with hardwood floors, wood-beam framed vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling picture windows. A large stone hearth warms the area with a gas fireplace surrounded by plush furniture. The nearby granite, wood and stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped with a Viking double gas stove, dual ovens, two sinks and everything needed to prepare gourmet meals.
