A gas grill awaits the grill master on the main deck when outdoor dining beckons. The lower level of this home offers a spectacular living space including a family room with a large sectional, gas fireplace, flat screen TV with cable and Blu-ray DVD player, a perfect hang out spot for the kids with the bunk bedroom conveniently close by. Parking Notes: The property can only comfortably support parking for three vehicles. Plowing takes place from around 8 AM to 9 AM, and you will need to move vehicles to allow this to happen. If you have additional vehicles, you may park them at the ice rink, about three blocks from the house near the corner of French Street and Boreas Pass Road. You can park there for $5 per day; there is a kiosk at the lot.
